Claims (7)
- 直交するx軸方向とy軸方向とに沿って延伸する矩形基板であるアレイ基板であって、
前記アレイ基板が複数の走査線と複数のデータ線と複数の画素電極とを含み、
それぞれの前記走査線は複数の第1走査線ステージと複数の第2走査線ステージとを含み、
複数の前記第1走査線ステージと複数の前記第2走査線ステージは互い違いに設け、かつ接続し、
複数の前記第1走査線ステージは、それぞれ第1方向に傾斜して設けられ、複数の前記第2走査線ステージは第2方向に傾斜して設けられ、
前記第1方向は前記x軸方向及び前記y軸方向とは異なり、
前記第1方向は前記x軸方向に対向して傾斜し、かつ前記第1方向と前記x軸方向との間に第1夾角を具え、
前記第2方向は前記x軸方向と前記y軸方向及び前記第1方向とは異なり、
前記第2方向が前記x軸方向に対向して傾斜し、かつ前記第2方向と前記x軸方向との間に第2夾角を具え、
それぞれの前記データ線は、複数の第1データ線ステージと複数の第2データ線ステージと複数の第3データ線ステージとを含み、
複数の前記第1データ線ステージと複数の前記第2データ線ステージと複数の前記第3データ線ステージとは、前記第1データ線ステージ、前記第2データ線ステージ、前記第1データ線ステージ、前記第3データ線ステージの順に互い違いに設け、かつ接続し、
複数の前記第1データ線ステージはy軸方向に対向して傾斜して設けられ、
複数の前記第2データ線ステージは、それぞれ前記第2方向に沿って傾斜して設けられ、
複数の前記第3データ線ステージは、それぞれ前記第1方向に沿って傾斜して設けられ、
それぞれの画素電極は、第1部分と第2部分とを含み、
前記第1部分は前記第1方向に沿って傾斜して設けられ、前記第2部分は前記第2方向に沿って傾斜して設けられ、
前記第1部分は、少なくとも1つの第1メイン部と複数の第1サブ部とを含み、
前記第1メイン部は前記第1方向に沿って傾斜して設けられ、前記第1サブ部は、それぞれ平行し、かつ前記第1メイン部と交わり、
前記第2部分は、少なくとも1つの第2メイン部と複数の第2サブ部とを含み、
前記第2メイン部は前記第2方向に沿って傾斜して設けられ、かつ前記第1メイン部と接続し、複数の前記第2サブ部は、それぞれ平行し、かつ前記第2メイン部と交わる
ことを特徴とするアレイ基板。 - 請求項1に記載のアレイ基板において、
互いに平行する複数の前記第1サブ部において、隣り合う2つの前記第1サブ部の間の距離がいずれも等しく、
互いに平行する複数の前記第2サブ部において、隣り合う2つの前記第2サブ部の間の距離がいずれも等しい
ことを特徴とするアレイ基板。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のアレイ基板において、
前記第1夾角と前記第2夾角とは互いに補角の関係にある
ことを特徴とするアレイ基板。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のアレイ基板において、
前記画素電極のそれぞれの前記第1部分が、2つの互いに平行する第1メイン部を含み、前記第1メイン部がそれぞれ前記第1方向に沿って傾斜して設けられ、
複数の前記第1サブ部がそれぞれ2つの前記第1メイン部の間に設けられ、かつ2つの前記第1メイン部と互いに交わり、
前記画素電極のそれぞれの前記第2部分が、2つの互いに平行する第2メイン部を含み、前記第2メイン部がそれぞれ前記第2方向に沿って傾斜して設けられるとともに、それぞれ2つの前記第1メイン部に接続し、
複数の前記第2サブ部がそれぞれ2つの前記第2メイン部の間に設けられ、かつ2つの前記第2メイン部と互いに交わる
ことを特徴とするアレイ基板。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のアレイ基板において、
前記複数の第2サブ部が前記第1サブ部と互いに平行する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアレイ基板。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のアレイ基板において、
前記第2データ線ステージと前記第1走査線ステージとが、少なくとも部分的に重畳し、かつ異なる層に位置し、
前記第3データ線ステージと前記第2走査線ステージとが、少なくとも部分的に重畳し、かつ異なる層に位置する
ことを特徴とするアレイ基板。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のアレイ基板と、
前記アレイ基板に対向して設けるカラーフィルタ基板と、
前記アレイ基板と前記カラーフィルタ基板との間に設ける液晶層とを含んでなり、
前記アレイ基板が、さらにコモン電極を含み、画素電極と前記コモン電極が前記液晶層に対して横方向の電場を印加する
ことを特徴とする液晶デバイス。
