Description
本発明は、少なくとも1つの繊維の不織層を含む材料及び前記材料の製造方法に関する。
比較例
30g/m2の不織布を、74/26体積%/体積%の割合でポリエステルテレフタレート(PET)コア及びポリアミド−6(PA6)シースからなるコア/シース二成分フィラメントからなるマルチフィラメント糸から製造した。個々の二成分フィラメントは、フィラメント当たり15dtexの線密度を有する。マルチフィラメント糸は、1800dtexの線密度を有していた。マルチフィラメント糸を、ディフューザーを使用して単一フィラメントに開き、動いているコンベアベルト上に置いた。不織布を、スルーエアボンディングドラムを使用して230℃の温度で熱的に結合した。図1は、比較例の代表的な試料を示す。
30g/m2の不織布を、ニット・デ・ニット法によって加工された50質量%の加工糸と50質量%の比較例の糸から製造した。糸は、加工糸に加工する前に1800dtexの線密度を有していた。加工する前の糸の長さに対する加工糸の長さの比は0.55であった。
30g/m2の不織布を、ニット・デ・ニット法によって加工した加工糸から完全に製造した。糸は、加工糸に加工する前に1800dtexの線密度を有していた。加工する前の糸の長さに対する加工糸の長さの比は0.55であった。
Claims (15)
- 繊維の不織層の厚さが繊維の不織層の幅及び長さの両方より少なくとも1桁小さい大きさである、厚さ、幅及び長さを有する少なくとも1つの繊維の不織層を含む材料であって、少なくとも1つの繊維の不織層が少なくとも1つの加工糸を含み、その際、加工糸が少なくとも2つの異なるポリマーを含むマルチフィラメント糸であり、且つ少なくとも1つの繊維の不織層が熱的に結合されることを特徴とする、前記材料。
- 材料が、材料の全質量を基準として少なくとも10質量%、好ましくは少なくとも25質量%、更に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、更に一層好ましくは少なくとも75質量%、最も好ましくは少なくとも90質量%の加工糸を含む、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 加工糸に加工する前の同じ質量の糸の長さに対する加工糸の長さの比が、0.90以下、好ましくは0.75以下、更に好ましくは0.60以下、最も好ましくは0.50以下である、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 加工糸が、長さ1メートル当たり少なくとも25個、好ましくは少なくとも50個、更に一層好ましくは少なくとも75個、最も好ましくは少なくとも100個の捲縮を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- 少なくとも1つの加工糸がニット・デ・ニット糸である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- ニット・デ・ニット糸が、熱固定したニット・デ・ニット糸である、請求項5に記載の材料。
- マルチフィラメント糸が、二成分フィラメント、好ましくはコア−シース二成分フィラメントを含む、請求項6に記載の材料。
- 加工糸が少なくとも500dtex、更に好ましくは少なくとも1000dtex、最も好ましくは少なくとも1500dtexの線密度を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- 加工糸が加工糸の長さに沿って異なる色の区画を含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- 異なる色の区画が、材料の表面にわたりランダムに分布する、請求項9に記載の材料。
- 加工糸が、加工糸の長さに沿って分布する絡み合いを含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- 加工糸における絡み合いの数が、加工糸の長さ1メートル当たり少なくとも0.5個、好ましくは長さ1メートル当たり少なくとも1.0個、更に好ましくは長さ1メートル当たり少なくとも1.5個、最も好ましくは長さ1メートル当たり少なくとも2.0個である、請求項11に記載の材料。
- 加工糸における絡み合いの長さが、少なくとも1cm、好ましくは少なくとも5cm、更に好ましくは少なくとも10cm、更に一層好ましくは少なくとも20cm、最も好ましくは少なくとも50cmである、請求項11又は12に記載の材料。
- 絡み合いが、ノットの形成によって、機械的摩擦点を形成するためのフィラメントの撚り合せによって及び/又はフィラメントを互いに熱的に結合することによって形成されたものである、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- フィラメントが、加工糸に、流体噴流、好ましくは空気噴射を向けることによって撚り合せられている、請求項14に記載の材料。
