Description
ここでは、本発明の1つの実施態様による水素移送管100を説明する。ここで記載する水素移送管100は、水素燃料を使用することにより電力を発生させる装置において水素燃料を移送するために使用されるものとして例証されるものである。例えば、水素移送管100は、水素燃料によって駆動する自動車または船における燃料電池に、水素燃料を供給するための供給パイプとして利用することができる。本発明の1つの実施態様による水素移送管100は、第一層110および第二層120を含む。
ましくは、ポリエステルをベースとする材料から形成される。さらに、本発明の1つの実施態様において、第二の保護層140は、好ましくは、第一の保護層130の内側に形成される。

試験を以下のように実施した。
1)1/2インチの管を設置する。
2)各温度(25℃室温、−40℃の低温および115℃の高温)に関して、ソーク(soaking)を4時間行うために、水素(純度:99%)を加える(20barg)
3)ソーク後、1時間にわたる圧力変化を確認する。
4)圧力変化を、漏洩した水素の量および管の変形を検証するために使用する。
破裂圧は、60barg以上であることが要求される。
圧力循環評価の目的は、反復的な循環評価の極限条件下で試験を実施した場合の、製品の変形および気密性の維持を検証することである。試験は、最小圧力5bargおよび最大圧力20bargで10秒あたり1サイクルで100,000サイクル行った。
圧力/振動/温度試験(PVT)試験は、圧力、振動および温度に関する包括的な性能評価であり、各温度において1目あたり1サイクルで14日間行う。PVT試験の後に、水素漏洩試験および破裂圧試験を順次行った。
なお、本願は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に関するものであるが、他の態様として以下も包含し得る。
1.以下:
水素に対する耐溶出性を有する材料で形成された第一層;および
水素の浸透を防ぐためにポリウレタンで形成された、第一層の外表面を囲む別個の層としての第二層、
を含む、水素移送管。
2.前記第一層の材料が、ポリアミドをベースとする材料である、上記1の水素移送管。
3.前記第一層および前記第二層を囲むために配置され、前記管に対して耐衝撃性および耐熱性を付与する第一の保護層をさらに含む、上記1の水素移送管。
4.前記第一の保護層が、熱可塑性エラストマーから形成されている、上記3の水素移送管。
5.前記第一層および前記第二層を囲むために配置され、前記管に対して耐薬品性を付与する第二の保護層をさらに含む、上記3の水素移送管。
6.前記第二の保護層が、ポリエステルをベースとする材料から形成されている、上記5の水素移送管。
7.前記第一の保護層が、前記第二の保護層の外表面を囲むために配置されている、上記5の水素移送管。
Claims (6)
- 以下:
水素に対する耐溶出性を有する材料で形成された第一層;および
水素の浸透を防ぐためにポリウレタンで形成された、第一層の外表面を囲む別個の層としての第二層、
を含む、水素移送管であって、前記第一層の材料がポリアミドをベースとする材料である水素移送管。 - 前記第一層および前記第二層を囲むために配置され、前記管に対して耐衝撃性および耐熱性を付与する第一の保護層をさらに含む、請求項1の水素移送管。
- 前記第一の保護層が、熱可塑性エラストマーから形成されている、請求項2の水素移送管。
- 前記第一層および前記第二層を囲むために配置され、前記管に対して耐薬品性を付与する第二の保護層をさらに含む、請求項2の水素移送管。
- 前記第二の保護層が、ポリエステルをベースとする材料から形成されている、請求項4の水素移送管。
- 前記第一の保護層が、前記第二の保護層の外表面を囲むために配置されている、請求項4の水素移送管。
