Claims (7)
- 下部カバー層と、
前記下部カバー層の上部に配置され、複数のコイルを含むコイル部とコイル周辺部とを含むフィルター層と、
前記フィルター層の上部に配置される上部カバー層と、を含み、
前記コイル周辺部は、第1磁性粒子を含むコイル中心部と第2磁性粒子を含むコイル外側部とを含み、
前記第1磁性粒子の粒径は前記第2磁性粒子の粒径と異なり、
前記上部及び下部カバー層は、前記第1磁性粒子及び前記第2磁性粒子のうち粒径が小さいものを含む、コモンモードフィルター。 - 前記第1磁性粒子の粒径は、前記第2磁性粒子の粒径に比べて小さい、請求項1に記載のコモンモードフィルター。
- 前記第1磁性粒子の粒径は、前記第2磁性粒子の粒径に比べて大きい、請求項1に記載のコモンモードフィルター。
- 前記第1磁性粒子はヘキサフェライト(Hexa−ferrite)であり、前記第2磁性粒子はスピネルフェライト(spinel−ferrite)である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のコモンモードフィルター。
- 前記第1磁性粒子はスピネルフェライト(spinel−ferrite)であり、前記第2磁性粒子はヘキサフェライト(Hexa−ferrite)である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のコモンモードフィルター。
- 前記第1磁性粒子及び前記第2磁性粒子は、両方とも、ヘキサフェライト(Hexa−ferrite)であるか、又はスピネルフェライト(spinel−ferrite)である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のコモンモードフィルター。
- 下部カバー層と、
前記下部カバー層の上部に配置され、複数のコイルを含むコイル部とコイル周辺部とを含むフィルター層と、
前記フィルター層の上部に配置される上部カバー層と、を含み、
前記コイル周辺部は、第1磁性粒子を含むコイル中心部と第2磁性粒子を含むコイル外側部とを含み、
前記第1磁性粒子の粒径は前記第2磁性粒子の粒径と異なり、
前記上部及び下部カバー層は、前記第1磁性粒子又は前記第2磁性粒子を含み、
前記第1磁性粒子はヘキサフェライト(Hexa−ferrite)又はスピネルフェライト(spinel−ferrite)であり、
前記第2磁性粒子はヘキサフェライト(Hexa−ferrite)又はスピネルフェライト(spinel−ferrite)である、コモンモードフィルター。
