Claims (10)
- 排ガスが通って流れることができて、入口側から出口側まで軸線方向において排ガスが通って流れることができるダクトが形成されるように少なくとも部分的に構造を有するシートメタル層を用いて巻回されるかまたは積み重ねられるハニカム体を有する排ガス処理装置であって、前記シートメタル層の第1の部分は、少なくとも前記入口側または前記出口側に割り当てられる第1の端面で平らに終端し、前記シートメタル層の第2の部分は、少なくとも前記入口側または前記出口側に同様に割り当てられる第2の端面で終端し、前記第2の端面は、前記シートメタル層の前記第2の部分の前記軸線方向における第2の長さよりも大きい前記シートメタル層の前記第1の部分の前記軸線方向における第1の長さのせいで前記第1の端面に対して間隔を有し、前記第1の端面と前記第2の端面との間の前記間隔によって、加熱エレメントが配置される受容部は、形成され、
前記加熱エレメントは、前記ハニカム体の生産後に配置されることができ、
前記加熱エレメントは、平らなシートメタル層によって支持される、排ガス処理装置。 - 前記シートメタル層は、交互に配置された平らなシートメタル層および波形シートメタル層を有し、前記シートメタル層の前記第2の部分は、波形シートメタル層だけを備える、請求項1に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記加熱エレメントは、前記軸線方向における前記第2の端面の多くても50%をカバーする、請求項1または2に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記加熱エレメントは、前記シートメタル層の前記第1の部分のシートメタル層に固定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記第1の端面と前記第2の端面との間の前記間隔は、少なくとも0.1cmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 少なくとも、前記シートメタル層の前記第1の部分または前記シートメタル層の前記第2の部分は、触媒活性コーティングを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 2つ以上の受容部がハニカム体において形成され,前記受容部の各々に加熱エレメントが配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記加熱エレメントは、電気的に直列に接続される、請求項7に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 2つ以上のハニカム体が前記軸線方向において直列に配置され、ハニカム体の各々は、少なくとも1つの加熱エレメントを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- ハニカム体の各々は、少なくとも1つの加熱エレメントを有し、前記加熱エレメント(16)は、電気的に直列に接続される、請求項9に記載の排ガス処理装置。
