Claims (4)
- 可変リアクタンスの調整によって複数の通信バンドに渡ってフィルタ特性を可変する可変フィルタ回路であって、
信号入力端と信号出力端との間に直列に接続された直列腕と、
前記直列腕とグランド端との間に接続された、共振部を有する並列腕と、
前記並列腕に設けられた、可変リアクタンスを有する可変リアクタンス部と、
を備え、
前記信号入力端に接続された初段の並列腕の前記共振部は、前記複数の通信バンドのうちの、通過帯域の高周波数側に近接して阻止帯域を設定する通信バンドの全てに対して、共振周波数をfr、反共振周波数をfa、各通信バンドの通過帯域の高周波数側のカットオフ周波数をfnとして、−95.2%≦100×(fn−fr)/(fa−fr)≦23.9%となる共振周波数frおよび反共振周波数faを有するSAW共振子を用いて構成されている、
可変フィルタ回路。 - 前記初段の並列腕の前記共振部は、−95.2%≦100×(fn−fr)/(fa−fr)≦10.0%となる共振周波数frおよび反共振周波数faを有する、
請求項1に記載の可変フィルタ回路。 - 前記初段の並列腕は、前記共振部と直列または並列に接続されるインダクタを更に備える、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の可変フィルタ回路。 - 前記直列腕は、誘導性リアクタンスを有する、
