Claims (5)
- 油通路中に介在し、前記油通路を流れる油をフィルタ本体の濾過孔に通過させることによって油の濾過を行うオイルフィルタにおいて、
前記濾過孔のみを複数個形成した金属から成る基準プレートと、前記濾過孔よりも内径の大きな通過孔のみを複数個形成した金属から成るカバープレートとを相互に積層し、前記基準プレートに形成したすべての濾過孔の開口全域が前記通過孔の開口範囲内に位置するように配置した状態で前記基準プレート及び前記カバープレートを接合することにより前記フィルタ本体を構成したことを特徴とするオイルフィルタ。 - 前記カバープレートは、前記基準プレートよりも大きな板厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルフィルタ。
- 前記濾過孔の両端開口にそれぞれ前記通過孔を配置する態様で前記プレートを積層したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルフィルタ。
- 前記濾過孔に対して前記通過孔が1対1となるように対向した状態で前記基準プレート及び前記カバープレートを積層したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルフィルタ。
- 前記通過孔の中心と前記濾過孔の中心が一致するようにプレートを相互に積層したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルフィルタ。
