Description
前記電力アグリゲータは、
前記複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池に対して、前記充電のオンオフ設定を行う制御手段、を含み、
前記制御手段は、
前記蓄電池固有の充電速度で当該蓄電池を所定の充電状態とするために必要となる充電必要時間を前記複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池の充電許容時間で割ることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間について当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の基準値を算出する第1算出手段と、
電力供給側から要求される電力需要の時間変化に基づく要求需要比率関数と前記基準値とを掛け合わせることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間における当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の設定値を算出する第2算出手段と、
前記設定値に基づいて前記充電のオンオフ設定を行う充電制御手段と、を含み、
前記電力需要の時間変化に応じて、前記充電許容時間内の各時間での前記充電のオン時間と、前記充電のオフ時間との割合を変更する。
本発明の充電方法は、複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池への充電を制御する電力アグリゲータでの充電方法であって、
前記蓄電池固有の充電速度で当該蓄電池を所定の充電状態とするために必要となる充電必要時間を前記複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池の充電許容時間で割ることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間について当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の基準値を算出し、
電力供給側から要求される電力需要の時間変化に基づく要求需要比率関数と前記基準値とを掛け合わせることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間における当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の設定値を算出し、
前記設定値に基づいて前記充電のオンオフ設定を行い、
前記電力需要の時間変化に応じて、前記充電許容時間内の各時間での前記充電のオン時間と、前記充電のオフ時間との割合を変更する方法である。
本発明のプログラムは、複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池への充電を制御するコンピュータに、
前記蓄電池固有の充電速度で当該蓄電池を所定の充電状態とするために必要となる充電必要時間を前記複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池の充電許容時間で割ることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間について当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の基準値を算出する手順と、
電力供給側から要求される電力需要の時間変化に基づく要求需要比率関数と前記基準値とを掛け合わせることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間における当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の設定値を算出する手順と、
前記設定値に基づいて前記充電のオンオフ設定を行う手順と、
前記電力需要の時間変化に応じて、前記充電許容時間内の各時間での前記充電のオン時間と、前記充電のオフ時間との割合を変更する手順と、
を実行させるためのものである。

Claims (6)
- 複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池への充電を制御する電力アグリゲータであって、
前記電力アグリゲータは、
前記複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池に対して、前記充電のオンオフ設定を行う制御手段、を含み、
前記制御手段は、
前記蓄電池固有の充電速度で当該蓄電池を所定の充電状態とするために必要となる充電必要時間を前記複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池の充電許容時間で割ることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間について当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の基準値を算出する第1算出手段と、
電力供給側から要求される電力需要の時間変化に基づく要求需要比率関数と前記基準値とを掛け合わせることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間における当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の設定値を算出する第2算出手段と、
前記設定値に基づいて前記充電のオンオフ設定を行う充電制御手段と、を含み、
前記電力需要の時間変化に応じて、前記充電許容時間内の各時間での前記充電のオン時間と、前記充電のオフ時間との割合を変更する電力アグリゲータ。 - 前記充電制御手段は、所定時間を前記設定値で割ることにより、前記所定時間をパルス幅とする充電パルスの周期を算出し、当該充電パルスの周期に従って前記充電のオンオフ設定を行う、請求項1に記載の電力アグリゲータ。
- 前記第2算出手段は、前記電力供給側から突発的な電力需要の時間変化が要求された場合に、当該時間変化に応じた補正係数を、前記要求需要比率関数および前記基準値に掛け合わせることにより、前記設定値を算出する、請求項1または2に記載の電力アグリゲータ。
- 複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池への充電を制御する電力アグリゲータでの充電方法であって、
前記蓄電池固有の充電速度で当該蓄電池を所定の充電状態とするために必要となる充電必要時間を前記複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池の充電許容時間で割ることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間について当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の基準値を算出し、
電力供給側から要求される電力需要の時間変化に基づく要求需要比率関数と前記基準値とを掛け合わせることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間における当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の設定値を算出し、
前記設定値に基づいて前記充電のオンオフ設定を行い、
前記電力需要の時間変化に応じて、前記充電許容時間内の各時間での前記充電のオン時間と、前記充電のオフ時間との割合を変更する充電方法。 - 複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池への充電を制御するコンピュータに、
前記蓄電池固有の充電速度で当該蓄電池を所定の充電状態とするために必要となる充電必要時間を前記複数の自動車が搭載する蓄電池の充電許容時間で割ることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間について当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の基準値を算出する手順と、
電力供給側から要求される電力需要の時間変化に基づく要求需要比率関数と前記基準値とを掛け合わせることにより、前記充電許容時間内の各時間における当該時間に対する前記充電のオン時間の割合の設定値を算出する手順と、
前記設定値に基づいて前記充電のオンオフ設定を行う手順と、
前記電力需要の時間変化に応じて、前記充電許容時間内の各時間での前記充電のオン時間と、前記充電のオフ時間との割合を変更する手順と、
を実行させるためのプログラム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記蓄電池への充電だけでなく前記蓄電池からの放電も制御する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電力アグリゲータ。
