Description
さらに、前記減圧源9の手前にはバッファタンクBTを設けてあり、当該減圧源9により発生する脈動が各分析計に影響を与えにくくしてある。
この図5のように構成することで、1つのそれほど容量の大きくない減圧源9でも複数種類の測定原理の分析計においてそれぞれ測定に適した圧力を別々に保つことができ、車載型の排ガス分析装置5としてより好ましいものにできる。

Claims (5)
- 排ガス中の成分を分析する分析計を具備する車載型の排ガス分析装置であって、
外部から排ガスが導入される排ガス導入端子から前記分析計までの排ガスの流路であるサンプリングラインと、
前記サンプリングライン内を所定圧力に減圧する減圧源と、
前記サンプリングライン内を流れる排ガスを少なくとも第1温度となるように温調する温調機構と、を備え、
前記第1温度が、減圧された所定圧力における水分の沸点以上、かつ、一気圧における水分の沸点より低い温度に設定され、
前記温調機構が、所定条件下では前記第1温度よりも高い温度である第2温度で排ガスを温調するように構成されていることを特徴とする排ガス分析装置。 - 前記温調機構が、車両がコールドスタートする場合には前記第2温度で排ガスを温調するように構成されている請求項1記載の排ガス分析装置。
- 前記温調機構が、前記サンプリングラインを温調する電熱線ヒータと、前記電熱線ヒータに目標値である設定温度を設定する温度設定部と、を具備し、
前記温度設定部が、大気圧に応じて設定温度を変更するように構成されている請求項1又は2記載の排ガス分析装置。 - 前記温度設定部が、車両の内燃機関の種類に応じて設定温度を変更するように構成されている請求項3記載の排ガス分析装置。
- 前記分析計が、排ガス中の水分の濃度を分析するものであり、
前記温度設定部が、前記分析計の指示値に応じて設定温度を変更するように構成されている請求項3又は4記載の排ガス分析装置。
