Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの光源と、少なくとも1つの光学装置とを含む照明装置であって、
前記光学装置は、25μm〜250μmの間のサイズを有するマイクロサイズの複数のファセットを有する第1表面を含み、各ファセットはそれぞれの配向を有し、前記複数のファセットは、全ての前記それぞれの配向の平均配向に対する法線ベクトルと平行に延びる光軸を有し、
前記複数のファセットは、ファセットの少なくとも第1のグループ及び第2のグループを有し、各グループは、少なくとも25個であるそれぞれの数の隣り合うように配置されたファセットによって形成される、照明装置において、
動作中、前記照明装置は前記光学装置上に光のビームを発し、ファセットの各グループは、それぞれ相互に同一の全体パターンを構成し、ファセットのそれぞれのグループ内の各ファセットは、それぞれの前記全体パターンのサブパターンを形成するように光のビームのサブビームを方向転換させ、前記それぞれの全体パターンは、相互に重畳されることを特徴とする、

- 前記光学装置は、前記複数のファセットの、パターンを形成するサブセットのファセットを含み、前記サブセットの全てのファセットは、同じ傾斜角α及び方位角φの本質的に等しい配向か、着色、艶消し、引っ掻き若しくはリブ付きでマーク付けされた表面か、又は隣接するファセットとの間の隙間若しくは離間を有し、前記サブセットのファセットの数は、前記複数のファセットのうちの1%〜15%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。

- (1)形成されるべき所望のパターンを選択するステップと、
(2)前記パターンを特定のサブパターン位置にあるサブパターンへと分割するステップと、
