Claims (14)
- 飲料抜き取り装置であって、
前記飲料抜き取り装置の構成要素を支持する基部と、
近位端から遠位端まで延在する少なくとも1つのルーメンを有する針であって、引き抜かれた位置と挿入された位置との間に、前記基部に可動式に取り付けられ、飲料容器の開口の閉塞物に挿入される針であって、前記針の遠位端の近くに開口を有する、針と、
前記基部に取り付けられる針案内部であって、前記基部に対する移動において前記針を案内するための貫通穴を有する針案内部であって、前記貫通穴は、前記貫通穴の底に向かって外側に広がり、前記貫通穴は、前記貫通穴の上端よりも下端で広がり、前記下端は、前記上端よりも、前記針の前記近位端から遠い、針案内部と、を備え、
前記針が前記引き抜かれた位置にあるときに、前記針の前記開口は、前記貫通穴に位置付けられ、
前記針が前記引き抜かれた位置にあるときに、前記貫通穴は、前記針の前記開口から放出された液体を、前記針の前記近位端から離れる方へ方向付けるように形成されている、飲料抜き取り装置。 - 前記貫通穴の部分は、前記針の周囲に緊密に適合し、前記針を支持するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記貫通穴の寸法及び形状は、前記上端において、前記針に近接している、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記針の前記開口は、円錐状の穴を含み、前記針は、前記円錐状の穴に適合するように構成された円錐状部材を有する針基部を含む、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記針案内部は、突起を含み、前記針は、前記突起を受け入れ且つ係合するように構成された穴を有する針基部を含む、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記突起は、前記針基部の前記穴に相補的な寸法及び形状を有する円錐状部材を含む、請求項5に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記針案内部は、前記基部に対して固定されている、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記針に流体的に連結され、前記針の前記近位端で前記少なくとも1つのルーメンに加圧ガスを伝達するように構成されたガス源を更に備える、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記ガス源は、圧縮ガスシリンダを含む、請求項8に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記針は、レールに取り付けられ、前記基部は、前記基部に対する前記レールの移動を受け入れ、前記レールの移動を案内するように構成されたチャネルを含む、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記レールを含む本体を含み、前記針が前記本体に取り付けられる、請求項10に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記基部に対して移動可能な本体を含み、前記針が、前記針が前記本体から取り外し可能なように前記本体にねじで係合される、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記針が、ワインボトルのコルクに挿入されるように、かつ、ガスを前記ワインボトルに送達するように構成される、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
- 前記針が、ワインボトルのコルクに挿入されるように、かつ、ワインを前記ワインボトルから送達するように構成される、請求項1に記載の飲料抜き取り装置。
