Description
本実施の形態は、空気情報を管理する空気情報管理装置の基本的な構成、および、空気情報管理装置の具体例を示す。ここで、空気情報は、空気に関する情報であり、具体的には、空気状態、空気状態履歴および空気環境等に関する情報である。

Claims (6)
- 住宅または住戸である対象領域の周辺の住宅または住戸に設置されたセンサから、空気状態を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部で取得された前記空気状態の履歴である空気状態履歴が記憶される記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された前記空気状態履歴から、所定期間の前記空気状態の統計情報を導出する情報処理部と、
前記情報処理部で導出された前記統計情報を前記対象領域の空気環境を示す情報として表示装置に表示させる表示制御部とを備え、
前記記憶部には、さらに、前記対象領域の利用に推奨される複数の推奨構成が複数の空気環境に対応付けて記憶され、
前記情報処理部は、さらに、前記記憶部に記憶された前記複数の推奨構成から、前記統計情報によって示される前記空気環境に対応付けられた推奨構成を選択し、
前記表示制御部は、さらに、前記情報処理部で選択された前記推奨構成を前記表示装置に表示させる
空気情報管理装置。 - 前記統計情報は、前記空気状態に関連する事象である所定事象が前記所定期間に対して発生した回数、および、前記所定期間の前記空気状態の平均値のうち少なくとも一方を含む
請求項1に記載の空気情報管理装置。 - 前記複数の推奨構成のそれぞれは、前記対象領域の利用に推奨される建物の間取りを含む
請求項1または2に記載の空気情報管理装置。 - 前記複数の推奨構成のそれぞれは、前記対象領域の利用に推奨される建物の種類を含む
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気情報管理装置。 - 前記記憶部には、さらに、前記対象領域の物件価格を決定するための複数の価格パラメータが複数の空気環境に対応付けて記憶され、
前記情報処理部は、さらに、前記記憶部に記憶された前記複数の価格パラメータのうち、前記統計情報によって示される前記空気環境に対応付けられた価格パラメータを用いて、前記物件価格を決定し、
前記表示制御部は、さらに、前記情報処理部で決定された前記物件価格を前記表示装置に表示させる
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気情報管理装置。 - 前記取得部は、さらに、前記対象領域または前記対象領域の周辺で使用された電気使用量を取得し、
前記記憶部には、さらに、前記取得部で取得された前記電気使用量の履歴である電気使用履歴が記憶され、
前記情報処理部は、さらに、前記記憶部に記憶された電気使用履歴から、前記所定期間の前記空気状態に関連する電気使用量を導出し、
前記表示制御部は、さらに、前記情報処理部で導出された前記電気使用量を前記表示装置に表示させる
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気情報管理装置。
