Claims (8)
- 先端部を有する中空状のペン本体と、
前記ペン本体の前記先端部に設けられ、先端に向けて凸状の曲面を有する押圧体と、
一端部および他端部を有し、少なくとも一部が前記ペン本体の内部に配置された導光体と、
前記導光体の前記一端部に接続された光源と、を備え、
前記導光体の前記他端部は、前記ペン本体の内部にて前記押圧体に対向するように前記ペン本体の前記先端部に配置され、
前記押圧体は、前記光源から発せられる光に対して透明な材料からなる球体である、熱転写用光ペン。 - 前記ペン本体の前記先端部には、前記ペン本体の軸心上に位置する貫通孔が形成され、
前記ペン本体の前記先端部は、前記貫通孔を囲む内壁を有し、
前記押圧体の一部は、前記貫通孔の内部に配置されかつ前記内壁と接触し、
前記押圧体の前記曲面の少なくとも一部は、前記貫通孔の外部に配置されている、請求項1に記載の熱転写用光ペン。 - 前記内壁は、前記ペン本体の前記軸心を通る第1の縦断面において、前記ペン本体の先端側に行くほど内径が大きくなる第1突出壁部と、前記ペン本体の前記軸心を通る第2の縦断面において、前記ペン本体の先端側に行くほど内径が小さくなる第2突出壁部と、を有している、請求項2に記載の熱転写用光ペン。
- 前記第1の縦断面と前記第2の縦断面とは、互いに直交している、請求項3に記載の熱転写用光ペン。
- 前記押圧体は、前記内壁の前記第1突出壁部および前記第2突出壁部により挟持されており、
前記ペン本体の前記先端部は、前記押圧体と前記内壁とを接着する接着部を有していない、請求項3または4に記載の熱転写用光ペン。 - 前記ペン本体の少なくとも前記先端部は、弾性変形可能な材料によって構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱転写用光ペン。
- 前記押圧体はガラスからなっている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱転写用光ペン。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱転写用光ペンと、
被転写物を載置する載置台と、
前記載置台と前記熱転写用光ペンとを相対的に移動させる移動機構と、
前記熱転写用光ペンに備えられた前記光源と、前記移動機構とに通信可能に接続され、前記光源と前記移動機構とを駆動する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記熱転写用光ペンおよび前記載置台を前記移動機構によって相対的に移動させることにより、前記被転写物上に前記熱転写用光ペンの前記押圧体を押し当てるとともに、前記熱転写用光ペンの前記光源から前記被転写物上に光を供給するように構成されている、熱転写装置。
