Description
実施例における各測定方法及び試験方法は以下の通りである。
タイヤサイズが175/65R15であって、図1に示すようにベルト補強層(9)を備える乗用車用空気入りラジアルタイヤを試作した。ベルト補強層(キャッププライ)を構成する有機繊維コードの構成は、実施例及び比較例の各タイヤについて、下記表1に示す通りであり、ベルト補強層以外の構成は、全ての共通の構成とした。
Claims (3)
- トレッド部におけるカーカス層の外周側にコードをタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜配列したベルト層と、前記ベルト層の外周側において有機繊維コードをタイヤ周方向に沿って配列したベルト補強層と、を備えた空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記ベルト補強層の有機繊維コードとして、脂肪族ポリアミド繊維からなるコードであって、2%伸張時荷重(cN/dtex)と温度100℃における損失正接tanδとの積が0.035〜0.044であるコードを用いたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記有機繊維コードは、ガラス転移温度が90℃〜170℃である脂肪族ポリアミド繊維からなる、請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記有機繊維コードの2%伸張時荷重が0.79〜0.90cN/dtexである、請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
