Abstract
Description
実施例における各測定方法及び試験方法は以下の通りである。
Sr=25×t−Sc
タイヤサイズが215/45R17 91Wであって、図1に示すようにベルト補強層(9)を備える乗用車用空気入りラジアルタイヤを試作した。ベルト補強層(キャッププライ)を構成する有機繊維コードの構成は、実施例及び比較例の各タイヤについて、下記表1に示す通りであり、ベルト補強層以外の構成は、全ての共通の構成とした。

- トレッド部におけるカーカス層の外周側にコードをタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜配列したベルト層と、前記ベルト層の外周側において有機繊維コードをタイヤ周方向に沿って配列したベルト補強層と、を備えた空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記ベルト補強層の前記有機繊維コードが、脂肪族ポリアミド繊維のフィラメント束からなる下撚りされたヤーンを2本撚り合わせてなる双撚り構造のコードであって、前記ヤーンの繊度が400dtex以上500dtex未満であり、
前記ベルト補強層が、前記有機繊維コードをゴムで被覆してなるものであって、コード断面積(Sc)に対するゴム断面積(Sr)の比(Sr/Sc)が2.5〜3.0を満足する、
空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ベルト補強層は、前記有機繊維コードの打ち込み本数が75〜95本/25mmである、請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記有機繊維コードは、ガラス転移温度が90℃〜170℃である脂肪族ポリアミド繊維からなる、請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
