Description
Claims (12)
- 調理装置であって、
調理媒体を供給するように構成された供給容器と、
前記供給容器と流体連通する流体動力装置と、
前記供給容器と前記流体動力装置との間に配置された密閉調理媒体ラインと
前記密閉調理媒体ラインに連結されるとともに、前記密閉調理媒体ライン内に外気を導入するように構成された三方弁と、
調理媒体を受容するように構成された調理媒体受容システムと、
内部で前記供給容器を保持するように構成されるとともに、底壁及び側壁を含むシェルフと、
前記シェルフの底壁に隣接する第1のヒーター及び前記シェルフの側壁に隣接する第2のヒーターと、
を含み、
前記第1のヒーター及び前記第2のヒーターは前記供給容器内で保管される調理媒体を温めるように構成され、
前記調理媒体受容システムは、前記流体動力装置及び前記密閉調理媒体ラインを通じて前記供給容器と流体連通する複数の調理室を含み、
各前記複数の調理室は、各前記複数の調理室内の調理媒体の量を判定するように構成されたセンサを含み、
前記流体動力装置及び前記三方弁は、調理媒体の量が所定の量よりも小さいと前記センサが判定するのに応答して、第1の所定の時間の間前記複数の調理室に調理媒体を移動させることと、第2の所定の時間の間前記密閉調理媒体ラインを通じて外気を導入することを交互に行うように構成されている、
調理装置。 - 前記シェルフは、前記シェルフの上部に形成された開口を含み、該開口は前記三方弁の少なくとも一部を収容するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の調理装置。
- 前記三方弁は、前記密閉調理媒体ラインから調理媒体をパージするために前記密閉調理媒体ラインを通じて外気を選択的に導入するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の調理装置。
- 前記流体動力装置は、第1の所定の時間の間前記調理媒体受容システムに調理媒体を移動させるように構成され、前記三方弁は、第2の所定の時間の間前記密閉調理媒体ラインを通じて外気を選択的に導入するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の調理装置。
- 前記シェルフと前記第1のヒーターとの間に間隙が形成されている、請求項1に記載の調理装置。
- 前記供給容器は設置された状態では前記第1のヒーター及び前記第2のヒーターに隣接する、請求項1に記載の調理装置。
- 前記第1のヒーター及び前記第2のヒーターのそれぞれは、ヒータープレートと、該ヒータープレートに連結される加熱機構とを含むか又はヒーターバーを含む、請求項1に記載の調理装置。
- 前記第1のヒーター及び前記第2のヒーターのそれぞれは、前記調理装置に電力が供給されている場合に作動される、請求項1に記載の調理装置。
- 調理装置を維持する方法であって、
壁部と、該壁部に隣接するヒーターとを有するシェルフ上で保持された調理媒体容器内に保管された調理媒体を加熱するステップと、
流体動力装置により、第1の所定の時間の間前記調理媒体容器から調理室に調理媒体を移動させるステップと、
前記第1の所定の時間の後で、前記調理媒体容器と前記調理室との間に配置された密閉調理媒体ラインを通じて第2の所定の時間の間外気を導入するステップと、
を含み、
前記外気は、前記密閉調理媒体ラインから調理媒体をパージするために、前記密閉調理媒体ラインを通じて、前記密閉調理媒体ラインに連結された三方弁により選択的に導入され、
前記調理室内のセンサを用いて前記調理室内の調理媒体の量を判定するステップをさらに含み、
調理媒体の量が所定の量以上であると前記センサが判定するまで、前記調理媒体を移動させるステップと前記外気を導入するステップが交互に行われる、
方法。 - 前記調理装置に電力が供給されている場合に前記ヒーターを作動させるステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- スイッチがオンにされたことに応答して前記ヒーターを作動させるステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記シェルフは底壁と側壁とを含み、前記ヒーターは前記シェルフの底壁に隣接する第1のヒーターと、前記シェルフの側壁に隣接する第2のヒーターとを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
