Description
例えば、歯科インプラントの骨内部に必要な孔を明けることが簡素化されてきた。当初、孔明けは、個々の外科の技術に、ただ単に頼っていたが、現在では、各患者の骨格に適合し、かつ、正確な孔明けを達成するのに役立つ、孔明け用(ドリル加工用)テンプレート(drill template)がある。孔明け用テンプレートは、患者の顎の骨を解剖学的に事前に検査した後に、製造される。このような検査は、必要な明けられる孔の最適位置を形成するのに役に立つ。一度、この明けられる孔によって、この位置情報が、取得され、かつ、孔明け用テンプレートに取り入れられると、その孔明け用テンプレートが、外科医によって利用され、孔明けの最適なガイド(ドリル加工の最適な案内部)を提供して、孔の望ましい軸及び寸法が得られる。係る孔明けは、インプランテーションを成功するには、極めて重要な工程である。なぜならば、誤って位置決めされた明けられた孔を正しく補正することは、ほとんど不可能だからである。例えば、孔明け軸の僅かな補正でさえ、顎骨の体積をさらに減らすため、その補正は困難である。孔明け用テンプレートは、それが患者の顎又は歯茎の上に一旦配置された後で、適正位置に維持されることが最も重要である。しかし、当該孔明け用テンプレートの使用中、この孔明け用テンプレートを同じ位置に維持するための特殊な手段がない。
Claims (10)
- 歯科用の孔明け用テンプレートを固定するための固定ピンであって、
前記孔明け用テンプレート又は前記孔明け用テンプレートに含まれるスリーブの上の少なくとも一部を支持するための支持用表面を有するヘッドと、
円筒形状を有し、かつ、前記ヘッドの前記支持用表面から、直角に延びるロッドと、
を含み、
該ロッドが、前記孔明け用テンプレート又は前記孔明け用テンプレートに含まれるスリーブに挿入され、
前記ロッドが、前記ヘッドの前記支持用表面から延びる第1部分と、それに続く第2部分を有し、かつ、第2部分が前記第1部分の直径よりも小さい直径を有し、
前記ロッドは、螺刻ねじを有せず、前記ロッドの前記第1部分が、中間の円錐形の第3部分によって、前記第2部分に接続されている、ことを特徴とする固定ピン。 - 前記固定ピンが、一体品として作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定ピン。
- 前記固定ピンが、硬質プラスチック、ステンレス鋼、チタン及びチタン合金からなる群から選択される物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固定ピン。
- 前記固定ピンが、チタン及びチタン合金からなる群から選択された物質からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固定ピン。
- 前記固定ピンが、ステンレス鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固定ピン。
- 前記固定ピンが、吸引安全手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の固定ピン。
- 前記吸引安全手段が、前記固定ピンのヘッドに取り付けられたストリングであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固定ピン。
- 前記ヘッドが、円筒形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の固定ピン。
- 前記ヘッドが、凹部形状を有するくびれ状周面部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の固定ピン。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの固定ピンからなる一式。
