Claims (13)
- 内部に電極組立体を含むケースと、
前記ケースに取り付けられたキャッププレートと、
前記キャッププレート上に形成された端子孔であって第1方向に長さを有する端子孔を通過する端子と、
前記端子孔内において部分的に前記端子を囲むシーリング部材と、を備え、
前記端子は、中央連結部と、前記中央連結部から前記ケースの外部に延在して前記ケースの外部の前記キャッププレートと部分的に重なる上部連結部と、前記ケースの内部で前記第1方向へ前記中央連結部から延在する集電連結部と、を含み、
前記シーリング部材は、前記キャッププレート上に載置した上部シーリング部と、前記端子孔の内部に配置されて周囲と密接するように固定された下部シーリング部とを含み、前記上部シーリング部は、前記キャッププレートと前記上部連結部との間に位置し、前記上部連結部が前記キャッププレートと離隔するように前記上部連結部を支持し、前記下部シーリング部は、前記集電連結部と前記端子孔全体との間に位置し、
前記端子孔の内部にある遮断部と、前記シーリング部材内にある支持部とをさらに備え、前記支持部は、前記遮断部に嵌合されて結合され、
前記遮断部は、凹部と凸部とが交互に配置された凹凸形状を有し、前記凹凸形状は、前記端子孔の内周面に沿って形成され、前記支持部は、前記遮断部に挿入される凹凸形状を有する、二次電池。 - 前記上部シーリング部は、前記上部連結部を前記キャッププレートと離隔させ、電気的に絶縁させる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電連結部は、前記集電連結部が前記キャッププレートと重ならないように、前記第1方向に前記端子孔の長さより小さい長さを有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電連結部の長さは、前記端子孔の長さの60%から95%である請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子孔は、前記第1方向に延在する形状を有し、前記集電連結部は前記端子孔の下側に位置する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部材は、前記上部連結部と前記キャッププレートとの間の上部シーリング部と、前記キャッププレート内に形成された前記端子孔内に挿入されて固定される下部シーリング部と、を含み、
前記支持部は、前記下部シーリング部の周りに形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記下部シーリング部は、前記中央連結部を延在させるための孔を有し、
前記下部シーリング部の下部面は、前記集電連結部が前記端子孔に沿って挿入される載置溝を含む、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記シーリング部材は、一体の部材である、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部材は、インサートモールディング方法によって形成される、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子の前記中央連結部は、前記端子孔を通過し、
前記上部連結部はベント部を介して前記中央連結部に連結され、
前記集電連結部は他のベント部を介して前記中央連結部に連結される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記上部連結部と前記集電連結部とは、前記キャッププレートに平行である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記上部連結部は、前記中央連結部から前記キャッププレートの中心に向かって延在し、
前記集電連結部は、前記中央連結部から前記キャッププレートの側端部に向かって前記第1方向に延在する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電連結部は、集電部材を介して前記電極組立体に接続され、前記集電連結部の下部面は、前記集電部材内に挿入可能な突起を備える、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
