軸受ハウジングと、
前記軸受ハウジングに回転不能に内装されると共に軸に外嵌されたブシュであって、前記ブシュを半径方向に貫く少なくとも1つの給油孔と、前記ブシュの上半分の内周面に形成された前記軸の回転方向に深さが浅くなる部分円周溝とを有するブシュと、
前記ブシュの内周面側と外周面側のそれぞれにおいて潤滑油により形成された油膜とを、備え、
前記ブシュが、前記ブシュの内周面において、前記少なくとも1つの給油孔と重複し、且つ、前記部分円周溝の深さの浅い側の端部と重複する位置に設けられた、少なくとも1つの軸方向溝を有することを特徴としている。
舶用エンジンと共に船舶に搭載される舶用排気タービンであって、
前記舶用エンジンから供給された排気ガスによって回転するタービン部と、
前記タービン部と一体的に回転する軸と、
前記軸を支承する前記浮動ブシュ軸受とを、備えることを特徴としている。
本発明に係る浮動ブシュ軸受2の軸3の振動抑制効果を検証するために、次に説明する実験を行った。この実験では実施例1に係る浮動ブシュ軸受、比較例1に係る浮動ブシュ軸受、及び比較例2に係る浮動ブシュ軸受のそれぞれについて、浮動ブシュ軸受で軸3を支承し、軸3の回転数を変化させながら軸3の振幅を測定した。

Claims (3)
- 軸受ハウジングと、
前記軸受ハウジングに回転不能に内装されると共に軸に外嵌されたブシュであって、前記ブシュを半径方向に貫く少なくとも1つの給油孔と、前記ブシュの上半分の内周面に形成された前記軸の回転方向に深さが浅くなる部分円周溝とを有するブシュと、
前記ブシュの内周面側と外周面側のそれぞれにおいて潤滑油により形成された油膜とを、備え、
前記ブシュが、前記ブシュの内周面において、前記少なくとも1つの給油孔と重複し、且つ、前記部分円周溝の深さの浅い側の端部と重複する位置に設けられた、少なくとも1つの軸方向溝を有する、
浮動ブシュ軸受。 - 前記部分円周溝が、前記ブシュの上半分の内周面のうち前記軸の回転方向上流側の四半円の領域に設けられている、請求項1に記載の浮動ブシュ軸受。
- 舶用エンジンと共に船舶に搭載される舶用排気タービンであって、
前記舶用エンジンから供給された排気ガスによって回転するタービン部と、
前記タービン部と一体的に回転する軸と、
前記軸を支承する請求項1又は2に記載の浮動ブシュ軸受とを、
備える舶用排気タービン。
