Claims (6)
- イオンクロマトグラフィーを含む液体クロマトグラフィー(LC:Liquid chromatography)方法が適用される装置であって、
溶離液が貯蔵される溶離液貯蔵部(100)と、
前記溶離液貯蔵部(100)と連結され、溶離液をポムピングして移動させる第1の溶離液供給ポンプ(210)および第2の溶離液供給ポンプ(220)と、
溶離液およびサンプルループ(310)に注入された試料を第1のカラム(510)に移送させる試料注入部(300)と、
前記第1のカラム(510)および第2の溶離液供給ポンプ(220)と第1の流入口(410)および第2の流入口(420)を介して連結され、切換動作により、前記第1のカラム(510)で分離された成分の流路を制御する切換弁(400)と、
前記切換弁(400)により調節される成分の流路の一つであって、前記切換弁(400)の第1の排出口(430)と連結され、前記切換弁(400)が切り換える前まで前記第1のカラム(510)で一次分離された成分が流入されて二次分離される第2のカラム(610)を含む第1のチャンネル部(600)と、
前記切換弁(400)により調節される成分の流路の他の一つであって、前記切換弁(400)の第2の排出口(440)と連結され、前記切換弁(400)が切り換えた後、前記第1のカラム(510)で一次分離された成分がそのまま吐出される第2のチャンネル部(700)と、
前記切換弁(400)と連結され、前記切換弁(400)と連結された流路間の圧力を一定に維持させる圧力制御モジュール(710)と、を含み、
前記第1のカラム(510)で分析された成分が前記流路を介して連続的に移動され、
前記圧力制御モジュール(710)は、
前記第2の溶離液供給ポンプ(220)と前記切換弁(400)の第2の流入口(420)との間に形成される第1の圧力制御モジュール(711)と、
前記切換弁(400)の第2の排出口(440)に連結される第2の圧力制御モジュール(712)と、を含み、
前記第2のチャンネル部(700)は、
前記第2の圧力制御モジュール(712)と連結され、溶離液の電気分解がなされる第2のサプレッサ(720)と、
前記切換弁(400)が切り換えた後、前記第1のカラム(510)で一次分離された成分を検出する第2の検出部(730)と、を含むことを特徴とする、
液体クロマトグラフィー装置。 - 前記第1のチャンネル部(600)は、
前記第2のカラム(610)と連結され、溶離液の電気分解がなされる第1のサプレッサ(620)と、
前記第2のカラム(610)で分離された成分を検出する第1の検出部(630)と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィー装置。 - 前記第1のチャンネル部(600)および第2のチャンネル部(700)が互いに同一の圧力に維持され、その圧力が500psi以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィー装置。
- 前記切換弁(400)に試料または溶離液が流入されるように連結される流路間の圧力が互いに同一であり、
前記切換弁(400)から試料または溶離液が排出されるように連結される流路間の圧力が互いに同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィー装置。 - 前記切換弁(400)は、駆動手段により回転することで、流路が機械的に変更されるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の液体クロマトグラフィー装置。
- 前記切換弁(400)は、分析ターゲット物質に応じて切換時間が可変することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の液体クロマトグラフィー装置。
