Claims (2)
- 高周波焼入れしたシャフトを有する金属部材の表面残留応力と内部残留応力を測定する方法であって、
前記シャフトを軸方向の二箇所でワイヤーカット放電加工法により切断して測定片を切り出す手順と、
前記測定片のワイヤーカット放電加工面において、直径方向に設定された測定部以外の部分をマスキングする手順と、
前記測定部を電解研磨する手順と、
前記測定部にX線を照射してX線回折により結晶格子間隔を求める手順と、
を有することを特徴とする高周波焼入れ部材の内部残留応力測定方法。 - 前記測定部は、前記ワイヤーカット放電加工面の直径の一端から他端まで設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波焼入れ部材の内部残留応力測定方法。
