Claims (8)

前記第1誘電層の上にある第1導電性領域と、
前記第1誘電層の下にある第2導電性領域と、
前記第1導電性領域の上にある第2誘電層と、
前記第2誘電層の上にある第1シールド領域と、
前記第2導電性領域の下にある第3誘電層と、
前記第3誘電層の下にある第2シールド領域と、
を含み、
前記力、圧力または負荷パラメータの変化は、前記第1誘電層、前記第2誘電層または前記第3誘電層の少なくとも1層の物理的変化を発生させるように構成され、前記第1導電性領域および前記第2導電性領域は共に電気的に結合され、
前記第1誘電層、前記第1導電性領域および前記第2導電性領域は第1のキャパシタを形成し、
前記第2誘電層、前記第1導電性領域および前記第1シールド領域は第2のキャパシタを形成し、
前記第3誘電層、前記第2導電性領域および前記第2シールド領域は第3のキャパシタを形成し、
前記第1シールド領域および前記第2シールド領域は接地に接続され、
前記第1のキャパシタ、前記第2のキャパシタおよび前記第3のキャパシタは機械的に直列に接続され、
前記第2のキャパシタおよび前記第3のキャパシタは電気的に並列に接続され、
電気的に並列に接続された前記第2のキャパシタおよび前記第3のキャパシタのキャパシタンスは、少なくとも前記第2誘電層または前記第3誘電層のうちの少なくとも1つの物理的変化に応じて変化し、
前記医療センサは、前記電気的に並列に接続された前記第2のキャパシタおよび前記第3のキャパシタのキャパシタンスを用いて前記力、圧力または負荷パラメータを測定する、
ことを特徴とする医療機器。 - 前記第2誘電層または前記第3誘電層の少なくとも1つはポリイミドを含むこと、
前記第1シールド領域および前記第2シールド領域は共に電気的に結合されること、および、
前記医療センサは、装具構成要素、ツール、器具または機器に結合されるように構成されること、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療機器。 - 少なくとも1つの関節表面を有する第1の構造と、
骨に結合するように構成された主表面を有する第2の構造であって、前記第1の構造および前記第2の構造は、前記医療センサのためのハウジングを形成するために共に結合されるように構成される、第2の構造と、
を含み、
前記医療センサは、前記ハウジング内に封止される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療機器。 - 前記医療センサの前記第1導電性領域に結合された信号発生器と、
前記信号発生器に結合されたデジタル計数器と、
前記信号発生器に結合されたデジタルタイマと、
前記デジタルタイマに結合されたデータレジスタと、をさらに含み、
前記信号発生器は、前記医療センサの静電容量に対応する信号を出力するように構成され、
前記信号発生器は、前記医療センサの前記静電容量に対応する測定サイクルを有する波形を出力するように構成され、前記信号は前記波形を含み、
測定シーケンス中、前記デジタル計数器は、測定サイクルをカウントするように構成され、前記測定サイクルは前記波形の前記測定サイクルを含み、
前記デジタル計数器が前記測定サイクルの既定カウントをカウント後に、前記測定シーケンスが終了し、前記デジタルタイマは、前記測定シーケンスの所要時間を測定するように構成され、
前記データレジスタは、前記測定サイクルの前記既定カウントおよび測定された前記測定シーケンスの前記所要時間から計算された数値を格納し、
前記圧力パラメータの測定精度は、前記測定サイクルの前記既定カウントを上げることによって増加される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療機器。 - 前記圧力パラメータの変化は、前記医療センサの前記静電容量の変化を発生させること、
前記医療センサは、筋肉・骨格系に結合され、かつ力、圧力または荷重の少なくとも1つを受信するように構成されること、および
前記信号発生器は、振動波形を発生させるように構成されること、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の医療機器。 - 装具構成要素をさらに含み、
前記医療センサは、前記装具構成要素に結合され、前記筋肉・骨格系によって前記装具構成要素に力、圧力または荷重の少なくとも1つが加えられると、前記医療センサは弾性的に圧縮するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療機器。 - 前記医療センサに結合され、測定データを受信し、かつ前記測定データを送信する電子回路と、
前記電子回路に結合された電源と、をさらに含み、
前記電子回路および前記電源は、前記装具構成要素内に収容される、
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の医療機器。 - 前記医療センサは、非平面表面に合致するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療機器。
