Claims (11)
- 患者に経皮的に挿入するよう構成され、放射部及び基端のハンドルを有するマイクロ波アブレーション装置と、
アブレーション手術中、マイクロ波アブレーション装置に冷却剤を提供するよう構成された冷却システムと、
マイクロ波アブレーション装置の放射部に近接した組織の温度を検知するよう構成された温度検知システムと、
マイクロ波アブレーション装置にマイクロ波エネルギーを提供するよう構成されたエネルギー源と、
アブレーション標的の位置と前記標的への経路を使用者に示すよう構成されたナビゲーションシステムと、
を備え、
前記マイクロ波アブレーション装置が、バランと、バランに関連して配置されてバランの温度を検知する第1の温度センサとを備える、
アブレーションシステム。 - 前記マイクロ波アブレーション装置に隣接する組織の温度を検知する少なくとも1つの第2の温度センサを前記放射部上に更に備える、請求項1に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記温度検知システムが、前記第2の温度センサの各々から温度データを受信する、請求項2に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記温度データが、前記エネルギー源の作動を制御するため、前記エネルギー源にフィードバックを行う、請求項3に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記温度検知システムが、十分なエネルギーが組織に印加されたか否かを判定するため、受信した前記温度データを、メモリに蓄積された温度プロファイルと比較する、請求項4に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記温度検知システムが、受信した前記温度データ、エネルギー印加の継続時間、及び前記エネルギー源の電力設定に関連する放射パターンをメモリに蓄積する、請求項3に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記ナビゲーションシステムに、計画段階と誘導段階とがある、請求項1に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記計画段階で、前記アブレーション標的を識別するためにCT画像が用いられる、請求項7に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- アブレーション標的を識別するためのCT画像と、前記アブレーション標的を識別するためのCT画像と異なる体の上又は体内のさらなる画像との座標系を、前記CT画像と体の上又は体内の両方の位置の識別によって、及び両方の系におけるその座標の測定によって合わせることを必要とする、請求項8に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記ナビゲーションシステムを用いて前記アブレーション標的に配置される1つ以上の位置合わせマーカを更に備える、請求項1に記載のアブレーションシステム。
- 前記位置合わせマーカが、前記マーカの位置を表すために遊離可能な染料を含む、請求項10に記載のアブレーションシステム。
