Description
エンジン温度をパラメータとして携帯式作業機の制御を行う制御ユニットを有する携帯式作業機であって、
空冷式のエンジン本体と、
該エンジン本体のシリンダブロックのシリンダ部分に形成された取付部と、
伝熱性端子を含む温度センサ部品であって、前記エンジン温度を検出して、該検出したエンジン温度を前記制御ユニットに供給する温度センサ部品と、
該温度センサ部品の前記伝熱性端子を前記取付部に固定するための固定部品とを有し、
前記取付部が、前記制御ユニットを前記シリンダ部分に固定するためのねじ穴付きボスであり、
前記固定部品がボルトである、ことを特徴とする携帯式作業機を提供する。

Claims (6)
- エンジン温度をパラメータとして携帯式作業機の制御を行う制御ユニットを有する携帯式作業機であって、
空冷式のエンジン本体と、
該エンジン本体のシリンダブロックのシリンダ部分に形成された取付部と、
伝熱性端子を含む温度センサ部品であって、前記エンジン温度を検出して、該検出したエンジン温度を前記制御ユニットに供給する温度センサ部品と、
該温度センサ部品の前記伝熱性端子を前記取付部に固定するための固定部品とを有し、
前記取付部が、前記制御ユニットを前記シリンダ部分に固定するためのねじ穴付きボスであり、
前記固定部品がボルトである、ことを特徴とする携帯式作業機。 - 前記エンジン本体が単気筒2ストローク内燃エンジンで構成されている、請求項1に記載の携帯式作業機。
- 前記取付部が、前記シリンダブロックの軸線に沿った高さレベルにおいて、点火プラグを取り付ける点火プラグ取付部から掃気ポートまでの範囲に配置されている、請求項2に記載の携帯式作業機。
- 前記携帯式作業機が前記エンジン本体の一部を覆う脱着可能なエンジンカバーを有し、
該エンジンカバーによって覆われる部位に、前記温度センサ部品及び前記制御ユニットが配置される、請求項3に記載の携帯式作業機。 - 前記温度センサ部品と前記制御ユニットとの間の配線が他の部材と干渉しない部位に、前記取付部が配置されている、請求項4に記載の携帯式作業機。
- 前記エンジン本体は、クランクシャフトに固定されたファンローターと、該ファンローターの外周面に配置された磁石とを有し、
前記制御ユニットは、該制御ユニットから前記ファンローターに向けて延出する鉄心を有し、
前記磁石と前記鉄心が発電機構の一部を構成している、請求項1〜5に記載の携帯式作業機。
