Claims (11)
- 電気回路用のハイブリッド断続器部材(100;500)であって、断続器部材は半導体スイッチ部品(101;501)および電気機械断続器部品を備え、半導体スイッチ部品(101;501)は半導体スイッチ部品用の電気接点(111、112;511、512)を担持する支持体(110;510)上に据え付けられ、前記支持体(110;510)は、中断の命令を受信すると、前記電気接点(111、112;511、512)のうちの少なくとも1つをそれぞれのピンから引き抜くように動作するように構成されており、これによって前記電気機械断続器部品を形成し、断続器部材は、支持体(110;510)がその電気接点の両方をそれぞれのピンから引き抜くように回転的に移動するよう構成されていることを特徴とする、ハイブリッド断続器部材(100;500)。

- 電気アーク消滅システムは、真空で高絶縁耐力を有する、またはアーク放電の消滅を促進するガスを使用する、請求項2または3に記載のハイブリッド断続器部材。
- 半導体スイッチ部品は公称電流または低電流を中断するように構成されており、その一方で電気機械断続器部品は、短絡回路電流または過負荷電流を中断して電気的分離を提供するように構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド断続器部材。

- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の電気回路を含む航空機電力ネットワークであって、断続器部材は、ネットワークの一次回路内、またはネットワークの二次回路内に配置されている、航空機電力ネットワーク。
