Description
Claims (9)
- 태양광 발전기내의 DC 전류회로에 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)를 사용하여 아크 발생 없이 DC 전류를 온 또는 오프할 수 있고, 오프상태에서 전자제어장치(5)가 자동제어하는 스위칭접점에 의해 DC 전류회로 내의 전류선에서 전기적 분리가 이루어지며, 부하개폐장치(1)와 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)로 전달되는 제어신호가 전자제어장치(5)의 제어를 받아 DC 전류를 차단하여 스위칭 접점의 전원을 끊도록 되어 있는 부하개폐장치(1)에 있어서:- DC 전류회로 내의 전류선에는 전자제어장치(5)의 제어신호를 통해 순차적으로 스위치 작동을 하는 2개의 스위칭수단인 스위칭접점(K1,K2)이 2개의 계전기(R1,R2)에 각각 포함되어 있고, 스위칭 수단 중 하나는 반도체 스위칭소자(4)에 병렬로 연결되어, 반도체 스위칭소자(4)가 비도통 상태로 되면 DC 전류가 오프되고 나머지 스위칭 수단을 통해 DC 전류회로의 전기적 분리가 이루어지며;- 상기 제어신호는 태양광 발전기, 인버터 또는 AC 측에 결함이 발생할 경우 수신되는 결함신호로서, 결함 발생시 제어신호에 의해 DC전류회로가 자동으로 오프되고;상기 부하개폐장치는,- 1단계로, 스위칭수단인 2개의 스위칭접점(K1,K2)이 모두 닫힌 상태에서 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)가 먼저 도통상태로 되고;- 2단계로 제2 스위칭수단인 스위칭접점(K2)이 열려서 반도체 스위칭소자(4)에 DC 전류가 흐르며;- 3단계로 상기 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)가 비도통 상태로 되고;- 4단계로 제1 스위칭수단인 스위칭접점(K1)이 열려 전기적 분리가 이루어지며;- 태양광 발전기용으로 플러그 접점을 사용해 수동으로 DC 전류를 차단해 전자식 아크 소멸 기능을 갖는 수동 부하개폐기(8)가 상기 스위칭접점(K1,K2)에 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭접점 중의 하나가 반도체 스위칭소자(4)와 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭접점들이 서로 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스위칭 접점(K1,K2)을 포함하는 제 3의 스위칭 수단이 DC 전류회로의 또 다른 전류선에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부하개폐장치(1)가 3개의 계전기(R1,R2,R3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부하개폐장치(1)는,- 과전류;- 과전압;- 초고온;- 기구 화재;- 기구 장애;- 수동 스위치 오프 명령;- 외부의 전기적 명령;- 기구 덮개 개방;- 정전; 또는- 태양광 발전기의 도난;의 경우에 오프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자제어장치(5)의 외부 제어선(6)이 있어서, 전자제어장치(5)가 부하개폐장치(1)의 외부에 배치되거나 부하개폐장치(1)의 제어장치에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, DC 측과 AC 측 양쪽으로부터 부하개폐장치(1)에 전압을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
