Description
Claims (9)
- 태양광 발전기내의 DC 전류회로에 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)를 사용하여 아크 발생 없이 DC 전류를 온-오프할 수 있고, 오프상태에서 전자제어장치(5)가 자동제어하는 스위칭 접점에 의해 DC 전류회로 내의 전류선에서 전기적 분리가 이루어지며, 제어신호가 부하개폐장치(1)에 전달되고 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)는 DC 전류를 차단하여 스위칭 접점의 전원을 끊도록 되어 있는 부하개폐장치(1)에 있어서:- 상기 전자제어장치(5)가 받는 신호는 태양광 발전기, 인버터 또는 AC 측에 결함이 발생할 경우 수신되는 결함신호로서, 결함이 발생 시 제어신호에 의해 DC전류회로가 자동으로 온-오프되고;- 1단계로 스위칭 오프 상태에서 상기 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)는 제일 먼저 닫히고;- 2단계로 제1 스위칭수단의 스위칭 접점(K1,K2)이 열려서 상기 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)를 통해 DC 전류가 흐르며;- 3단계로 상기 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)가 다시 열리고;- 제2 스위칭수단의 스위칭 접점(K1, K2)이 열려서 전기적 분리가 이루어지며;- 태양광 발전기용으로 플러그 접점을 사용해 수동으로 DC 전류를 차단해 전자식 아크 소멸 기능을 갖는 수동 부하개폐기(8)를 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, DC 전류회로 내의 전류선에는 제어신호를 통해 순차적으로 스위치 작동을 하는 2개의 스위칭 수단이 있으며; 상기 스위칭 수단은 스위칭 접점(K1, K2)과 2개의 계전기(R1, R2)를 포함하고 있고; 스위칭 수단 중 하나가 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)에 의해 브릿지되어 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)를 열면 DC 전류가 오프되고; 또 다른 스위칭 수단을 통해 DC 전류회로의 전기적 분리가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스위칭 수단 중 하나는 반도체 스위칭 소자(4)와 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제2항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 스위칭 수단의 스위칭접점들이 서로 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 스위칭 접점(K1, K2)을 포함하는 제 3의 스위칭 수단이 DC 전류회로의 또 다른 전류선에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 부하개폐장치(1)가 3개의 계전기(R1, R2, R3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 부하개폐장치(1)는,- 과전류;- 과전압;- 초고온;- 기구 화재;- 기구 장애;- 수동 스위치 오프 명령;- 외부의 전기적 명령;- 기구 덮개 개방;- 정전; 또는- 태양광 발전기의 도난;의 경우에 오프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 전자제어장치(5)의 외부 제어선(6)이 있어서, 전자제어장치(5)가 부하개폐장치(1)의 외부에 배치되거나 부하개폐장치(1)의 제어장치에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, DC 측과 AC 측 양쪽으로부터 부하개폐장치(1)에 전압을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하개폐장치.
