Description

本発明は、保護カバーに関するものである。
現在、携帯電話やタブレットパソコンなどの電子製品に保護カバーを装着し、電子製品を保護するのが一般的である。しかし、従来の保護カバーは硬いため、電子製品が落下するなどした時に、保護カバーは落下などによる衝撃を十分に吸収できず、電子製品が破損する場合がある。
本発明の目的は、前記問題を解決し、衝撃を緩和できる保護カバーを提供することである。
上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係る保護カバーは、第一収容部を備え、第一収容部は、第一底壁と、第一底壁の周縁から上方へ延伸する第一側壁と、を備え、第一底壁と第一側壁との間には、電子装置を収容する第一収容空間が設けられ、第一側壁の外側には、複数の突出部が突出されており、第一側壁の内側には、突出部に対応して複数の凹部が設けられ、電子装置が第一収容空間内に収容され、且つ第一側壁の内側に当接された時、凹部内に実質的な密封空間が形成され、当該密封空間に空気が密封され、緩和機能を実現する。
本発明に係る保護カバーは、空気で満たされた密封空間を有する凹部が設けられている。従って、携帯電話が落下するなどした時、この密封空間が変形するため、落下による衝撃を吸収して、保護カバーを装着した携帯電話を保護できる。
本発明の実施形態に係る保護カバーの組立斜視図である。 図１に示す保護カバーの分解斜視図である。
図１〜図２に示したように、本発明の実施形態に係る保護カバー１００は、第一収容部２０及び第二収容部３０を備える。第一収容部２０は第二収容部３０内に収容される。
本実施形態において、第一収容部２０は、第一底壁２１と、第一底壁２１の周縁から上方へ延伸する第一側壁２２と、を備える。第一底壁２１と第一側壁２２との間には、電子装置(図示しない)を収容する第一収容空間２３が設けられている。第一側壁２２の外側には、複数の突出部２４が突出している。
本実施形態において、第一側壁２２の内側には、突出部２４に対応して複数の凹部２５が設けられている。電子装置が第一収容空間２３内に収容され、且つ第一側壁２２の内側に当接された時、凹部２５内には実質的な密封空間が形成され、当該密封空間に空気が密封されるので、落下などによる電子装置に対する衝撃を緩和できる。
本実施形態において、第一収容部２０は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン類、熱可塑性エラストマー又はシリコーンなど柔軟性を有する材料から製造される。
第二収容部３０は、第二底壁３１と、第二底壁３１の周縁から上方へ延伸する第二側壁３２と、を備える。第二底壁３１と第二側壁３２との間には、第二収容空間３３が設けられている。第二側壁３２には、突出部２４に対応して、第二側壁３２の内側及び外側を貫通する複数の貫通孔３４が設けられている。第一収容部２０が第二収容空間３３内に収容される際、突出部２４は、貫通孔３４をそれぞれ貫通して、第一収容部２０を第二収容部３０内に固定する。
本実施形態において、第二収容部３０は、ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン共重合体又は剛性ゴムなどの剛性材料から製造され、第一収容部の過度の弾性変形を防止し、第一収容部２０内の電子装置が震動による変位で損傷するのを防止する。
本実施形態において、第一側壁２２には、少なくとも１つの開口２６が設けられ、第二側壁３２には開口２６と対応する箇所に、少なくとも１つの開口３６が設けられている。開口２６及び開口３６は、マイク、音量ボタンなどと対応する。第一底壁２１及び第二底壁３１には、電子装置のカメラに対応して、露出孔２７及び露出孔３７がそれぞれ設けられている。
本発明に係る保護カバーは、嵌め合う２つの収容部を備え、柔軟性を有する第一収容部２０を介して衝撃を緩和し、剛性を有する第二収容部３０を介して第一収容部２０の過度の変形を防止し、電子装置の変位を防止する。

Claims (7)

  1. 第一収容部を備え、前記第一収容部は、第一底壁と、前記第一底壁の周縁から上方へ延伸する第一側壁と、を備え、前記第一底壁と前記第一側壁との間には、電子装置を収容する第一収容空間が設けられ、前記第一側壁の外側には、複数の突出部が突出されており、前記第一側壁の内側には、前記突出部に対応して複数の凹部が設けられ、前記電子装置が前記第一収容空間内に収容され、且つ前記第一側壁の内側に当接された時、前記凹部内に実質的な密封空間が形成され、前記密封空間には空気が密封され、緩和機能を実現し、第二収容部を更に備え、前記第二収容部は、第二底壁と、前記第二底壁の周縁から上方へ延伸する第二側壁と、を備え、前記第二底壁と前記第二側壁との間には、第二収容空間が設けられ、前記第二側壁には、前記突出部に対応して、前記第二側壁の内側及び外側を貫通する複数の貫通孔が設けられ、前記第一収容部が前記第二収容空間内に収容される際、前記突出部は、前記貫通孔をそれぞれ貫通し、前記第一収容部を前記第二収容部内に固定することを特徴とする保護カバー。
  2. 前記第一収容部は、柔軟性を有する材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の保護カバー。
  3. 前記第一収容部は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン類、熱可塑性エラストマー又はシリコーンなど柔軟性を有する材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の保護カバー。
  4. 前記第二収容部は、剛性材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の保護カバー。
  5. 前記第二収容部は、ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン共重合体又は剛性ゴムなどの剛性材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項４に記載の保護カバー。
  6. 前記第一側壁及び前記第二側壁には、少なくとも１つの第一開口及び前記第一開口と対応する少なくとも１つの第二開口がそれぞれ設けられ、前記第一開口及び前記第二開口は、マイク、音量ボタンと対応することを特徴とする請求項１〜５の何れか一項に記載の保護カバー。
  7. 前記第一底壁及び前記第二底壁には、前記電子装置のカメラに対応して、第一露出孔及び第二露出孔がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１〜６の何れか一項に記載の保護カバー。
