Abstract

【課題】携帯式装置に装着して、衝撃を緩和できる保護カバーを提供する。【解決手段】保護カバー１は、収容部１０と、収容部１０に設置される緩和部８０と、を備え、収容部１０には、携帯式装置を収容する収容空間３０が設けられ、緩和部８０は収容部１０の内側面に設置される少なくとも２つの突出部８１０を備え、隣接する２つの突出部８１０の間には凹部８３０が設けられ、携帯式装置が収容部１０に収容された時、携帯式電話によって、保護カバーの凹部８３０には実質的な密閉空間が形成され、当該密閉空間には空気が密封され、緩和機能を実現する。【選択図】図１

Description

本考案は、保護カバーに関するものである。
現在、携帯電話やタブレットパソコンなどの電子製品に保護カバーを装着し、電子製品を保護するのが一般的である。しかし、従来の保護カバーは硬いため、電子製品が落下するなどした時に、保護カバーは落下などによる衝撃を十分に吸収できず、電子製品が破損する場合がある。
本考案は、上記の問題点を考慮してなされたものであり、衝撃を緩和できる保護カバーを提供することである。
上記目的を達成するために、本考案に係る保護カバーは、収容部と、収容部に設置される緩和部と、を備え、収容部には、携帯式装置を収容する収容空間が設けられ、緩和部は収容部の内側面に設置される少なくとも２つの突出部を備え、隣接する２つの突出部の間には凹部が設けられ、携帯式装置が収容部に収容された時、保護カバーの凹部及携帯式装置によって密閉空間が形成され、当該密閉空間に空気が密封され、緩和機能を実現できる。
従来の技術と比較して、本考案に係る保護カバーは、空気で満たされた密閉空間を有する凹部が設けられている。従って、携帯電話が落下するなどした時、この密閉空間が変形するため、落下による衝撃を吸収して、保護カバーを装着した携帯電話を保護できる。
本考案の第一実施形態に係る保護カバーの斜視図である。 図１に示す保護カバーと携帯電話との組立斜視図である。 本考案の第二実施形態に係る保護カバーの斜視図である。 図３に示す保護カバーの分解斜視図である。
図１に示したように、本考案の第一実施形態に係る保護カバー１は、携帯式装置に装着して、携帯式装置を保護する。この携帯式装置は、携帯電話やタブレットパソコンなどの電子製品、スーツケースや精密機器保護ケースなどの他の携帯式製品であってもよい。本実施形態において、携帯式装置は携帯電話である。
図２に示したように、保護カバー１は、収容部１０及び該収容部１０に設置された緩和部８０を備える。収容部１０には、携帯電話２を収容する収容空間３０が設けられている。緩和部８０は、収容部１０の少なくとも一つの内側面１１０から突出する少なくとも２つの突出部８１０を備える。また、隣接する２つの突出部８１０の間には凹部８３０が設けられている。携帯電話２が収容空間３０内に収容された時、突出部８１０は携帯電話２の外側面に当接される。この時、携帯電話２によって、保護カバー１の凹部８３０内に実質的な密閉空間が形成され、当該密封空間に空気が密封されるので、携帯電話２が落下などによる衝撃を緩和できる。
収容部１０は、具体的には、底壁５０と、底壁５０の周縁から上方へ延伸する側壁６０と、側壁６０の上端から収容部１０の中心部に向けて、側壁６０に対して垂直に延伸するブロック部４０と、を備える。携帯電話２が収容空間３０内に収容された時、ブロック部４０は、携帯電話２の上面をブロックして、携帯電話２が収容部１０から離脱するのを防ぐ。本実施形態において、底壁１０は、略矩形を呈するが、他の実施形態においては、円形、楕円形、又は三角形などを呈してもよい。側壁６０は、互いに対向する第一側壁部６１０及び第三側壁部６３０と、互いに対向する第二側壁部６２０及び第四側壁部６４０と、を備える。
緩和部８０は、底壁５０又は／及び、第一側壁部６１０、第三側壁部６３０、第二側壁部６２０、及び第四側壁部６４０の中の何れか一つに設置してもよい。突出部８１０は、底壁５０に対して略垂直になるように側壁６０に設置されるか、又は底壁５０の一端から上方へ延伸するように設置される。これにより、突出部８１０が携帯電話２と密接する時、携帯電話によって、保護カバー１の凹部８３０内に実質的な密閉空間が警視絵され、当該密閉空間に空気が密封されるので、携帯電話２の底部又は側部を保護できる。本実施形態において、収容部１０の内側の四つの角部にも、凹部８３０がそれぞれ設けられているので、携帯電話２の四つの角部を保護できる。
本実施形態において、第一側壁部６１０及び第三側壁部６３０の内側面には、五つの突出部８１０がそれぞれ設置されている。第一側壁部６１０における第二側壁部６２０に隣接する四つの突出部８１０において、隣接する２つの突出部８１０の間の距離は略同じであるが、第二側壁部６２０から最も離れて位置する第一側壁部６１０における突出部８１０と前記隣接する突出部８１０との間の距離は異なる。即ち、第二側壁部６２０から最も離れて位置する第一側壁部６１０における突出部８１０と前記隣接する突出部８１０との間の凹部８３０のサイズは異なる。第三側壁部６３０における突出部８１０は、第一側壁部６１０における突出部８１０に対応して設置されている。他の実施形態において、突出部８１０はそれぞれ等間隔に設置されてもよい。即ち、凹部８３０のサイズは全て同じであってもよい。
緩和部８０は、さらに、突出部８１０に対応して、且つ収容部１０の外側面に設けられた溝部８２０を備える。本実施形態において、該溝部８２０は、第一側壁部６１０及び第三測壁部３０の外側面にそれぞれ設けられている。収容部１０は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン（ＴＰＵ）、熱可塑性エラストマー（ＰＴＥ）、又はポリウレタン（ＰＵ）など柔軟性を有する材料を使用して射出成型によって製造される。溝部８２０及び突出部８１０は、第一側壁部６１０及び第三側壁部６３０を外側から内側に向けて射出成型することによって形成される。携帯電話２が落下などした時、保護カバー１の収容部１０は押圧されて密閉空間が変形する。これにより、衝撃が吸収されて、携帯電話２を保護することができる。
他の実施形態において、緩和部８０は、他の二つの側壁部、例えば、第二側壁部６２０及び第四側壁部６４０に設置してもよい。
また、内側面１１０には、少なくとも一つの突起部６５０及び少なくとも一つの通孔６６０が設けられている。突起部６５０は、携帯電話２の外側に設けられているボタンを収容し、通孔６６０は、イヤホンなどを貫通させて携帯電話２に接続させることに用いられる。
図３及び図４は、本考案の第二実施形態を示している。保護カバー３には、突起部６５０及び通孔６６０は設けられていないが、緩和部８０は、さらに、緩和層８４０を備える。緩和層８４０は、緩和材料を凹部８３０に粘着して充填することによって形成される又は緩和塗料を凹部８３０内に塗って充填することによって形成され、密閉空間の空気に替わって緩和効果を実現する。この緩和材料は、発泡ポリエチレン（ＥＰＥ）、天然ゴム、スポンジ、発泡プラスチックなどである。他の実施形態において、緩和層８４０は凹部８３０を充填しなくてもよい。この時、緩和層８４０は密閉空間の空気と共同で緩和効果を実現する。他の実施形態において、保護カバー３には、突起部６５０及び通孔６６０が設けられてもよい。

Claims (8)

  1. 収容部と、
    前記収容部に設置される緩和部と、
    を備えてなる保護カバーであって、
    前記収容部には、携帯式装置を収容する収容空間が設けられ、
    前記緩和部は、前記収容部の内側面に設置される少なくとも２つの突出部を備え、
    隣接する２つの前記突出部の間には、凹部が設けられ、前記携帯式装置が前記収容部に収容された時、前記保護カバーの前記凹部及び前記携帯式装置によって密閉空間が形成され、当該密閉空間に空気が密封され、緩和機能を実現することを特徴とする保護カバー。
  2. 前記緩和部は、前記凹部を充填する緩和層を更に備え、前記緩和層は前記収容部と共に緩和機能を実現することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の保護カバー。
  3. 前記緩和部は、前記凹部内に収容される緩和層を更に備え、前記緩和層は前記凹部内にできた前記密閉空間の空気と共に緩和機能を実現することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の保護カバー。
  4. 前記緩和層は、緩和材料を前記凹部に粘着して充填することによって形成される又は緩和塗料を前記凹部内に塗って充填することによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項２又は３に記載の保護カバー。
  5. 前記収容部の外側には、前記突出部に対応して、溝部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１から４の何れか一項に記載の保護カバー。
  6. 前記溝部及び前記突出部は、前記収容部の表面において、外側から内側に向けて射出成型によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項５に記載の保護カバー。
  7. 前記収容部は、底壁と、前記底壁の周縁から上方へ延伸する側壁と、前記側壁の上端から前記収容部の中心部へ前記側壁に垂直に延伸するブロック部と、を備え、前記溝部及び前記突出部は、前記底壁及び／又は前記側壁に設置されることを特徴とする請求項５又は６に記載の保護カバー。
  8. 前記突出部は、前記底壁に対して垂直になるように前記側壁に設置され、又は前記底壁の一端から上方へ延伸するように前記底壁に設置されることを特徴とする請求項７に記載の保護カバー。
