Abstract

一种保护壳,以用于保护容置于该保护壳内的移动装置。该保护壳包括:壳体;自壳体表面向内凹陷形成的凹陷部;及设置于该壳体上的缓冲结构,该缓冲结构包括至少两拱形部,该至少两拱形部凸设于该壳体与该凹陷部相连的至少一交接面上,该每个相邻的两拱形部之间形成一空隙。将移动装置放置于该凹陷部,该拱形部与该移动装置的外壁贴合而于该空隙内形成空气腔体以在移动装置跌落时为该移动装置提供缓冲。本实用新型利用缓冲结构来实现保护壳对移动装置的缓冲作用,使得套设有该保护壳的移动装置的缓冲效果更佳。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保护壳,尤其涉及一种具有缓冲功能的保护壳。
背景技术
目前,手机、随身听、GPS、相框、平板电脑等便携式电子产品已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的生活工具。一般地,用户利用一保护壳套设于便携式电子产品上,以使该电子产品免受外界因素的破坏。然而,基于该保护壳多为硬质壳体,无缓冲或缓冲效果不明显等缺陷而导致电子产品依然很容易受到外界因素的破坏。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有缓冲功能的保护壳。
一种保护壳,以用于保护容置于该保护壳内的移动装置。该保护壳包括:壳体;自壳体表面向内凹陷形成的凹陷部;及设置于该壳体上的缓冲结构,该缓冲结构包括至少两拱形部,该至少两拱形部凸设于该壳体与该凹陷部相连的至少一交接面上,该每个相邻的两拱形部之间形成一空隙。将移动装置放置于该凹陷部,该拱形部与该移动装置的外壁贴合而于该空隙内形成空气腔体以在移动装置跌落时为该移动装置提供缓冲。
本实用新型利用缓冲结构来实现保护壳对移动装置的缓冲作用,使得套设有该保护壳的移动装置的缓冲效果更佳。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,图1示出了本实用新型一较佳实施方式的保护壳1的立体图。该保护壳1套设于一移动装置上以用于保护该移动装置。具体地,该移动装置可以是手机、平板、随身听、电子相框等便携式电子产品,也可以是行李箱、精密仪器保护箱等其他需要保护的移动产品。在本实施例中,该移动装置为手机2,如图2,示出了该手机2收容于该保护壳1的立体图。
该保护壳1包括壳体10、自壳体10表面向内凹陷形成的一凹陷部30、及设置于该壳体10上的一缓冲结构80。其中,该凹陷部30用于收容该手机2,该凹陷部30与壳体10相连而形成至少一交接面110。该缓冲结构80包括至少两拱形部810,该至少两拱形部810凸设于该至少一交接面110,该每相邻的两拱形部810之间均形成一空隙830。当将手机2放置于该凹陷部30内时,该拱形部810与该手机2的外壁贴合而于该空隙830内形成空气腔体,从而在手机2跌落时为该手机2提供缓冲。
具体地,该壳体10大致呈立方状,该壳体10还包括底壁50及自底壁50周缘延展而出的侧壁60。该凹陷部30是由该底壁50及该侧壁60包围而形成的。自该侧壁60的周缘向内凸伸一边框40,以用于阻挡收容于该凹陷部30内的手机2不易自然向外脱落。在本实施例中,该底壁50呈长条状,该侧壁60包括自该底壁50边缘向同侧延伸且依序设置的第一侧壁610、第二侧壁620、第三侧壁630及第四侧壁640。该第一侧壁610与第三侧壁630相对设置。在其他实施例中,该底壁50呈圆状、椭圆状、三角状或其他任意形状。
该缓冲结构80设置于壳体10的底壁50上和/或该四个侧壁610、620、630及640的至少一侧壁上,以用于对容置于保护壳1内的手机2提供缓冲。该拱形部810与手机2的侧壁或底部配合设计,以使该手机2容置于该凹陷部30内时,该拱形部810能够与手机2完全贴合。具体地,该每个拱形部810大致呈长条状,其自底壁50表面沿交接面110垂直向上延伸而形成或自底壁50表面的一端水平延伸到另一端而形成。另外,该每相邻的两拱形部810之间形成的该空隙830,使得当拱形部810与手机2完全贴合时,该空隙830因与空气接触而形成空气腔体以提供缓冲,进而用以保护手机2的侧壁及底部。在本实施例中,该壳体10的四个弧形边角与凹陷部30的交接面110处均形成有该空隙830以用于保护手机2的四个边角。
在本实施例中,该缓冲结构80设置于第一侧壁610和第三侧壁630上,该至少两拱形部810自每个侧壁610、630与凹陷部30的交接面110处凸起而形成。其中,该侧壁610、630上的拱形部810分别为五个,自壳体10的一弧形边角与该第一侧壁610的交界处开始于该第一侧壁610上依序设置该五个拱形部810。其中,自该交界处开始的相邻四个拱形部810之间的间隔是相同的,远离交界处的两个相邻拱形部810之间的间隔是不同的。该第三侧壁630上的五个拱形部810与该第一侧壁610上的五个拱形部810对称设置。即,在本实施例中,该至少两拱形部810之间的间隔部分相同、部分不同。在其他实施例中,该拱形部810之间的间隔均是不同的或全部间隔都相同。
当然,该缓冲结构80还包括与该至少两拱形部810对应的至少两拱形槽820,该至少两拱形部810与该至少两拱形槽820相对设置于侧壁60的两侧。在本实施例中,该至少两拱形槽820分别设置于第一侧壁610及第三侧壁630上与交接面110相对的一侧。该壳体10是由TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes)、PTE或PU(polyurethane)等任何软性且可进行射出成型的材料制成的。该至少两拱形部810及该对应的至少两拱形槽820是自该壳体10的第一、第三侧壁610及630上由外向内进行射出成型而形成的。于是,当套设有保护壳1的手机2不小心摔到地面等外界物上时,保护壳1的外壁被挤压而压缩空气腔体变形以形成缓冲,进而起到保护手机2的作用。
在其他实施例中,该缓冲结构80设置于第一侧壁610及第二620上。当然,该缓冲结构80可仅设置于侧壁60中的其中一个侧壁上,如第一侧壁610上,或设置于底壁50上,亦可设置于底壁50及至少一侧壁60上。
当然,该保护壳1还可以包括至少一个凸起部650及至少一通孔660。该至少一凸起部650自该四个侧壁610、620、630及640的至少一侧壁与凹陷部30的交接面110处向外凸起而形成,以用于收容手机2侧壁处凹陷的音量键、开关键或其他类似按键。该至少一通孔660贯穿该四个侧壁610、620、630及640的至少一侧壁,以方便用户将耳机、电源线或其他外接设备穿过该通孔660而插入容置于保护壳1内的手机2的对应接口。
请参阅图3及图4,其分别示出了本实用新型另一实施方式的保护壳3的立体图及分解图。图3中的保护壳3与保护壳1不同的是:该保护壳3不包括该至少一凸起部650及该至少一通孔660。该缓冲结构80进一步包括缓冲层840,该缓冲层840是将缓冲材料以粘合的方式填充于空隙830中或将缓冲涂料以涂覆的方式填充于空隙830内,以用于代替空气腔体而形成一缓冲。具体地,该缓冲材料可以为EPE(Expandable Polyethylene)、天然橡胶、海绵、泡棉塑料等。在本实施例中,该缓冲层840填满整个空隙830,该套设有保护壳3的手机2利用该缓冲材料或缓冲涂料的缓冲力来提供缓冲以保护手机2。在其他实施例中,该缓冲层840填充空隙830的一部分,该手机2利用该缓冲层840及空气腔体共同作用的缓冲力来为手机2提供缓冲。当然,在其他实施例中,该保护壳3包括该至少一凸起部650及该至少一通孔660。
本实用新型利用缓冲结构来实现保护壳对移动装置的缓冲作用,使得套设有该保护壳的移动装置的缓冲效果更佳。
应该指出,上述实施方式仅为本实用新型的较佳实施方式,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化。这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种保护壳,以用于保护容置于该保护壳内的移动装置,该保护壳包括:
壳体;
自壳体表面向内凹陷形成的凹陷部;及
设置于该壳体上的缓冲结构,该缓冲结构包括至少两拱形部,该至少两拱形部凸设于该壳体与该凹陷部相连的至少一交接面上,该每个相邻的两拱形部之间形成一空隙,将移动装置放置于该凹陷部,该拱形部与该移动装置的外壁贴合而于该空隙内形成空气腔体以在移动装置跌落时为该移动装置提供缓冲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该缓冲结构进一步包括缓冲层,该缓冲层填满该空隙,将移动装置放置于该凹陷部,该缓冲层与该移动装置的外壁之间形成缓冲力,以在移动装置跌落时为该移动装置提供缓冲。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该缓冲结构进一步包括缓冲层,该缓冲层填充于该空隙的一部分,该空气腔体及该缓冲层在移动装置跌落时共同为该移动装置提供缓冲。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该缓冲结构还包括至少两拱形槽,该至少两拱形槽设置于该壳体上与交接面相对的一侧,该至少两拱形槽与该至少两拱形部对称设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该至少两拱形部及该相对的至少两拱形槽是自该壳体表面由外向内进行射出成型而形成的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该壳体包括底壁及自底壁周缘延展而出的侧壁,自该侧壁的周缘向内凸伸一边框,该凹陷部由该底壁及该侧壁包围而形成的,该缓冲结构设置于该底壁和/或该侧壁上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该壳体包括底壁及自该底壁边缘向同侧延伸且依序设置的第一侧壁、第二侧壁、第三侧壁及第四侧壁;该壳体包括四个弧形边角,自弧形边角与第一侧壁的交界处开始于该第一侧壁上依序设置五个拱形部及五个拱形槽,于该第三侧壁上对称设置五个拱形部及五个拱形槽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该每个拱形部大致呈长条状,其自底壁表面沿第一/第三侧壁向上垂直延伸而形成或自底壁表面的一端水平延伸到另一端而形成。
9.根据权利要求2或3所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该缓冲层是将缓冲材料以粘合的方式填充于该空隙中。
10.根据权利要求2或3所述的保护壳,其特征在于:该缓冲层是将缓冲涂料以涂覆的方式填充于该空隙内。
