Description
さらに、この保護フィルムは縁部を越えて延びていない。強化材料としての布地及び紙は、ガラスよりも著しく低い弾性率を示すため、ガラスの端部で引張応力を生じ、その結果、この場合も同様に応力がガラスの端部に伝達される。この保護フィルムは、縁部から作用する張力を吸収することによって縁部を保護するのには適していない。
第2の態様では、この目的は、請求項16の特徴を有する方法によって達成される。
バリア層は、バリア層を機械的損傷から良好に保護するのを可能にするため、保護フィルムウェブの内側にガラスフィルムに面して設けることが好ましい。
・ガラス薄膜ウェブは、第1表面及び第2の表面と、長手方向に延びる2つの縁部とを備え、
・第1材料の保護フィルムウェブを第1表面の少なくとも一部分に沿って適用し、及び
・該第1材料とは異なり、かつ、ガラス薄膜ウェブよりも高い相対引張強度を有する第2材料の少なくとも1個の補強ストリップを2つの縁部の少なくとも1つに沿って配置し、
・ここで、該保護フィルムウェブ及び該補強ストリップは、ガラス薄膜ウェブに共に適用できるように互いに結合する。

Claims (26)
- 第1表面(11)及び第2表面(12)と長手方向(L)に延びる2つの縁部(15、16)とを有するガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)と、該第1表面(1)の少なくとも一部に沿って延びる第1材料の保護フィルムウェブ(20)とを有するガラス薄膜複合ウェブであって、
該2つの縁部(15、16)の少なくとも一方に沿って延びる、該第1材料とは異なる第2材料の少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30、31)を有し、
該保護フィルムウェブと該補強ストリップとはガラス薄膜ウェブに共に適用できるように互いに結合し、
該少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30、31)が、該ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)よりも高い相対引張強度を示す
ことを特徴とするガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30、31)が80GPaを超える弾性率Eを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記弾性率Eが100GPaを超えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記第2材料がS−ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン、結晶質若しくは非晶質鉱物繊維、又は、鉄、鋼、銅、黄銅、青銅、チタン、ニッケル及びそれらの合金から選択される金属を含む金属層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記第1材料がポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブテン、シクロオレフィン共重合体、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリプロピレン若しくはポリエチレンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記保護フィルムウェブ(20)が前記第1表面(11)にわたって全体的に延在し、及び/又は前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)の両方の縁部(15、16)の幅に沿って該縁部(15、16)を越えて延在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記補強ストリップ(30,31)のそれぞれが、前記ガラス薄膜に向いた前記保護フィルムウェブ(20)の第2側上に、前記縁部(15,16)の長手方向(L)の全体に沿って前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)の該縁部(15,16)に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30,31)が、前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)の前記縁部(15,16)から離間して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30,31)は、前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)の前記第2表面(12)の高さと同じかそれよりも低い前記保護フィルムウェブ(20)の上方の高さ(H)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30,31)が前記ガラス薄膜層内に少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは全体的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30,31)が、前記ガラス薄膜複合ウェブ(10)とは反対にある前記保護フィルムウェブ(20)の第1側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30,31)が前記保護フィルムウェブ層内に少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは全体的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)の前記第2表面(12)上には、少なくとも1つの追加の保護フィルムウェブ(40)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)と前記保護フィルムウェブ(20)との間に接着剤層(50)、特に感圧接着剤層が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記保護フィルムウェブ(40)が、接着テープによって少なくとも1つのキャリア材料層、少なくとも1つの接着剤層及び少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30,31)に結合していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- 前記保護フィルムウェブ(20)がバリア機能を有し、それによって、38℃及び90%相対湿度で1g/m2d未満の水蒸気透過率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のガラス薄膜複合ウェブ。
- ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)の保存方法であって、
該ガラス薄膜ウェブ10は第1表面(11)及び第2表面(12)と長手方向に延びる2つの縁部(15、16)とを備え、該第1表面(11)の少なくとも一部分に沿って第1材料の保護フィルムウェブ20を適用し、
該第1材料とは異なり、かつ、該ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)よりも高い相対引張強度を有する第2材料の少なくとも1つの補強ストリップ(30、31)を該2つの縁部(15、16)の少なくとも一つに沿って配置し、
該保護フィルムウェブと該補強ストリップとを、それらが該ガラス薄膜ウェブに共に適用できるように互いに結合させる方法。 - 前記保護フィルムウェブ(20)に前記補強ストリップ(30,31)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- S−ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン、結晶質若しくは非晶質鉱物繊維、又は、鉄、鋼、銅、黄銅、青銅、チタン、ニッケル及びそれらの合金から選択される金属を含む金属層を第2材料として使用することを特徴とする、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブテン、シクロオレフィン共重合体、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリプロピレン若しくはポリエチレンを第1材料として使用することを特徴とする、請求項17、18又は19に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)とそれに接着した保護フィルムウェブ(20)とのガラス薄膜複合ウェブ(1)を巻き、次いで展開し、そして前記少なくとも1つの補強ストリップを該ガラス薄膜複合材料から分離するが、ただし該保護フィルムウェブの少なくとも一部がガラス薄膜ウェブ上に残ることを特徴とする、請求項17〜20のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)と前記それに接着された保護フィルムウェブ(20)とから構成されるガラス薄膜複合ウェブ(1)を巻き、次いで展開した後、該保護フィルムウェブ(20)を該ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)から除去することを特徴とする、請求項17〜21のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記保護フィルムウェブ(20)は、その第2表面(22)上に接着剤(50)を備え、前記ガラス薄膜ウェブの前記第1表面(11)に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項17〜22のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤(50)がそれとは非相溶性のシランを含むことを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)に複数の保護フィルムウェブ(20)を適用し、該保護フィルムウェブ(20)の全てが該ガラス薄膜ウェブ(10)から再び除去されるわけではないことを特徴とする、請求項17〜24のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強ストリップのみを前記ガラス薄膜複合材料の使用後に前記ガラス薄膜複合材料から分離し、前記保護フィルムウェブの一部も任意に除去することを特徴とする、請求項17〜25のいずれかに記載の方法。
