Description

構成実施例1
本発明の組成物を調製する方法は、撹拌反応器に、約1000gの好適流体、例えばジクロロメタン、および約500gの固体酸化剤(RDX、HMX、AN、AND、NTO等)を充填する工程を有する。好適流体は、ルイス酸用の好適溶媒であり、酸化剤用の溶媒ではない。室温で撹拌したまま、混合物中に約20gのルイス酸結合剤が添加される。約1時間後、濾過または蒸発により、流体が除去される。
Claims (18)
- 高分子バインダ内に分散された窒素含有酸化剤の粒子と、
前記粒子の少なくとも一部の表面に結合された結合剤と、
を有するエネルギー組成物であって、
前記結合剤は、ルイス酸であり、前記窒素含有酸化剤とルイスアダクトを形成し、
前記ルイス酸は、ボロン含有モノマまたはボロン含有高分子である、エネルギー組成物。 - 前記高分子バインダは、ヒドロキシル終端化ポリブタジエン、グリシジル-アジド高分子、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載のエネルギー組成物。
- 前記窒素含有酸化剤は、シクロテトラメチレンテトラニトラミン、シクロトリメチレントリニトラミン、硝酸アンモニウム、アンモニウムジニトラミド、四酸化窒素、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載のエネルギー組成物。
- 前記結合剤は、化学結合または接着結合により、前記窒素含有酸化剤に結合される、請求項1に記載のエネルギー組成物。
- 前記ルイス酸は、以下の構造:
を有するボロン含有モノマであり、
ここで、x、yおよびzは、それぞれ独立に、水素、アクリレート基、ハロゲン化アシル基、アミド基、アミン基、カルボキシラート(carboxylate)基、カルボキシラートチオール基、エステル基、エーテル基、ヒドロキサム酸基、ヒドロキシル基、硝酸基、ニトリル基、リン酸基、ホスフィン基、ホスフィン酸基、シラン基、硫酸基、スルフィド基、亜硫酸基、チオレート基、アルカン基、アルケン基、アルキン基、アリール基、アジド基、アセタール基、アルデヒド基、ジエン基、3-員環基、4-員環基、5-員環基、6-員環基、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載のエネルギー組成物。 - 前記ルイス酸は、以下の構造:
を有するボロン含有高分子であり、
ここで、nは、1から20の整数であり、xおよびyは、それぞれ独立に、水素、アクリレート基、ハロゲン化アシル基、アミド基、アミン基、カルボキシラート基、カルボキシラートチオール基、エステル基、エーテル基、ヒドロキサム酸基、ヒドロキシル基、メタクリレート基、硝酸基、ニトリル基、リン酸基、ホスフィン基、ホスホン酸基、シラン基、硫酸基、スルフィド基、亜硫酸基、チオレート基、アルカン基、アルケン基、アルキン基、アジド基、アセタール基、アルデヒド基、ジエン基、無水物基、3-員環基、4-員環基、5-員環基、6-員環基、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載のエネルギー組成物。 - 高分子バインダ内に分散された窒素含有酸化剤粒子と、
前記窒素含有酸化剤粒子の表面の少なくとも一部に結合され、包囲膜を形成するルイス酸結合剤と、
を有するエネルギー組成物であって、
前記ルイス酸結合剤は、電子対アクセプタであり、電子対を共有することにより、前記窒素含有酸化剤とルイスアダクトを形成し、
前記ルイス酸結合剤は、ボロン含有モノマまたはボロン含有高分子である、エネルギー組成物。 - 前記ルイス酸結合剤は、以下の構造:
を有するボロン含有コポリマであり、
ここで、nは、1から20の整数であり、mは、1から20の整数であり、x、yおよびzは、それぞれ独立に、水素、アクリレート基、ハロゲン化アシル基、アミド基、アミン基、カルボキシラート基、カルボキシラートチオール基、エステル基、エーテル基、ヒドロキサム酸基、ヒドロキシル基、メタクリレート基、硝酸基、ニトリル基、リン酸基、ホスフィン基、ホスホン酸基、シラン基、硫酸基、スルフィド基、亜硫酸基、チオレート基、アルカン基、アルケン基、アルキン基、アジド基、アセタール基、アルデヒド基、ジエン基、無水物基、3-員環基、4-員環基、5-員環基、6-員環基、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項7に記載のエネルギー組成物。 - 前記窒素含有酸化剤粒子は、約50から約200μmの間の範囲の平均直径を有する、請求項7に記載のエネルギー組成物。
- さらに、ポリイソシアネートを有する、請求項7に記載のエネルギー組成物。
- 高分子バインダ内に分散された窒素含有酸化剤粒子と、
前記窒素含有酸化剤粒子の表面の少なくとも一部に結合され、包囲膜を形成するルイス酸結合剤と、
を有するエネルギー組成物であって、
前記ルイス酸結合剤は、電子対アクセプタであり、電子対を共有することにより、前記窒素含有酸化剤とルイスアダクトを形成し、
前記ルイス酸結合剤は、エノン化合物である、エネルギー組成物。 - 前記エノン化合物は、メチルビニルケトンである、請求項11に記載のエネルギー組成物。
- エネルギー組成物を製造する方法であって、
ルイス酸結合剤で、窒素含有酸化剤粒子の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆して、コーティングされた窒素含有酸化剤を形成する工程と、
前記コーティングされた窒素含有酸化剤を高分子バインダと混合して、エネルギー組成物を形成する工程と、
を有し、
前記ルイス酸結合剤は、前記窒素含有酸化剤とルイスアダクトを形成し、
前記ルイス酸結合剤は、ボロン含有モノマまたはボロン含有高分子である、方法。 - 前記ルイス酸結合剤は、以下の構造:
を有するボロン含有モノマであり、

- 前記エネルギー組成物は、推進剤または爆発物である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記エネルギー組成物を硬化する工程を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
