Claims (3)
- 一端側から他端側へトルクを伝達する軸状の端部ジョイントと、
前記端部ジョイントの一端の外周面に形成されたセレーション部と、
前記セレーション部の一部にその内周面が嵌合する円筒部材と、
前記端部ジョイントと前記円筒部材とを接続する筒状の接続部材と、を備え、
前記接続部材は、前記円筒部材の一端の外周面に嵌合する大径部と、前記セレーション部に嵌合する小径部とを有し、
前記端部ジョイントにおける前記セレーション部に隣接する位置には、前記接続部材の前記小径部の端面を突き当てて係止するための係止具が設置されており、
前記小径部の前記端面には、該端面を軸方向に窪ませてなる一又は複数の窪み部が形成されており、
前記窪み部は、前記セレーション部と前記小径部との間に設けた接着剤が充填されるクリアランスを前記接続部材の外部に連通している
ことを特徴とするトルク伝達装置。 - 前記係止具は、前記端部ジョイントにおける前記セレーション部に隣接する位置に形成した環状の溝部に嵌合するサークリップであり、
前記窪み部は、その一部が前記サークリップの外周縁よりも外径側の位置にあることで、少なくともその一部が前記サークリップで覆われておらず露出している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク伝達装置。 - 前記接続部材の前記大径部は、円筒状のスリーブであり、
前記スリーブの内周面と前記セレーション部との間に前記円筒部材の端部が介装される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のトルク伝達装置。
