Claims (8)
- 投影表示用の第1レーザ光及び検査用の第2レーザ光を出射する光源と、
前記光源から出射された前記第1レーザ光及び前記第2レーザ光を反射して走査する駆動反射部と、
前記駆動反射部によって走査された前記第1レーザ光が入射する入射面及び前記レーザ光が出射する出射面を有し、前記レーザ光を透過させて拡散する所定領域を有する光拡散部と、
前記光拡散部の前記出射面上の位置、又は前記光拡散部の前記出射面から前記光拡散部の出射側に離れた位置において、前記第1レーザ光を透過させ、前記第2レーザ光を反射する光選択部と、
前記光選択部によって反射された前記第2レーザ光を検出する光検出部と、
前記第2レーザ光の検出処理を実行し、前記光検出部の検出値に基づいて前記光拡散部の前記所定領域の状態を判断する制御部と、を備え、
前記光拡散部は、マイクロレンズアレイであり、
前記制御部は、前記光拡散部の前記所定領域の状態として、前記光拡散部の前記所定領域に不具合が生じていると判断した場合には、投影表示の中止処理を実行する、投影表示装置。 - 前記光拡散部の前記所定領域から出射される前記第2レーザ光の光軸は、前記光拡散部の前記所定領域に入射する前記第2レーザ光の光軸に対してずれている、請求項1に記載の投影表示装置。
- 前記光検出部は、前記駆動反射部と前記光拡散部との間に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の投影表示装置。
- 前記光検出部は、前記光選択部によって反射されて前記駆動反射部によって反射された前記第2レーザ光を検出するように配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の投影表示装置。
- 前記光拡散部の前記出射面は、複数の凸面によって構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の投影表示装置。
- 前記光拡散部のうち前記所定領域外の領域には非透過処理が施されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の投影表示装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記光拡散部の前記所定領域内における前記第2レーザ光の走査位置に対応付けて、前記第2レーザ光の光量に関する基準値を設定する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の投影表示装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2レーザ光の光量に関する検出値を前記光検出部から受信し、前記光拡散部の前記所定領域内における前記第2レーザ光の走査位置に応じて、当該位置に対応する前記検出値と前記基準値とを比較し、前記光拡散部の前記所定領域の状態を判断する、請求項7に記載の投影表示装置。
