Description
2リットルの容器を備え、脱イオン水1000gに対して二酸化チタン(TiO2)100gを投入して徐々に撹拌させ、またドデシルスルホン酸150gを秤量して投入した後、継続的に1時間撹拌した。
Claims (11)
- 脱イオン水からなる水溶液100重量部と、
外部から光を受けて光触媒効果を示す光触媒物質2〜15重量部と、
前記光触媒物質を前記水溶液の中でマイセル化させる負電荷性界面活性剤10〜20重量部と、
前記水溶液の中で分散されているコロイド状の無機質バインダー5〜15重量部と、
を含んでいる、1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。 - 前記光触媒物質は、一定の領域の光エネルギーが加えられる場合、その物質から多量の電子(e−)及び多量の正孔(h+)を発生させ、前記電子と正孔によって、その物質の周辺に存在する物質に対して酸化還元反応を発生させるようになる半導体性金属酸化物または硫黄化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。
- 前記光触媒物質は、ZnO、WO3、SnO2、ZrO2、TiO2、CdS、CdSeで構成されたグループの中から選択された何れか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。
- 前記光触媒物質は、二酸化チタン(TiO2)であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。
- 前記光触媒物質は、二酸化チタン(TiO2)であって、アナターゼ型とルチル型を2:8ないし8:2の比率で使うことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。
- 前記負電荷性界面活性剤は、前記水溶液の中で前記光触媒物質をマイセル化させることで、前記無機質バインダーが前記光触媒物質と結合されることを防止することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。
- 前記負電荷性界面活性剤は、ステアリン酸ナトリウム(Sodium stearate)、ドデシルスルホン酸(Sodium dodecyl sulfate)、Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate、Sodium laureth sulfate、Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate、Sodium myreth sulfate、Sodium pareth sulfateで構成されたグループの中から選択された何れか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。
- 前記無機質バインダーは、水溶液の中ではコロイド状に存在するが、開始剤が処理された後、一応被着体の表面に塗布された場合、前記被着体の表面から水分が蒸発し、徐々にバインダーとしての接着力を発揮するようになることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。
- 前記無機質バインダーは、多孔性のゼオライトバインダーまたはメインチェーンに元素間の結合エネルギーが大きいSi−O結合を有するシリコーンバインダーを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物。
- 脱イオン水からなる水溶液100重量部に対し、外部から光を受けて光触媒効果を示す光触媒物質2〜15重量部と、負電荷性界面活性剤10〜20重量部と、を投入して均一に分散させて懸濁液を作る第1のステップと、
前記懸濁液にコロイド状の無機質バインダー成分5〜15重量部を投入して均一に分散させて仕上げられる第2のステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする、1液型光触媒コーティング組成物の製造方法。 - 前記第1のステップでは、前記懸濁液の安定化のために、懸濁液のpHを7ないし10の範囲に限定することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の1液型光触媒コーティング組成物の製造方法。
