Claims (5)
- 成形部材(1)によってパティ(22)を作る食品成形装置(3)であって、前記成形部材(1)は、複数の型(11)を備えており、該型(11)内において、前記パティが成形されるようになっており、前記成形部材(1)は、押圧部材(13)に隣接して配置されており、少なくとも部分的に多孔性材料から作製されている食品成形装置(3)において、スティック(29)を各パティ(22)内に挿入する手段(30)を備え、前記手段(30)は、前記押圧部材(13)によって前記スティック(29)を長孔を介して前記各パティ(22)内に挿入する手段であり、前記食品成形装置(3)はドラムであり、前記手段(30)は前記ドラムの前端(36)に配置され、スティック挿入ユニットは少なくとも円弧区域に沿って移動可能になっていることを特徴とする、食品成形装置(3)。
- 前記パティ(22)の意図していない離脱を避けるために、真空が前記成形部材に加えられるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の食品成形装置(3)。
- 各型(11)は、大気および/または圧力媒体システム(25,26,28)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の食品成形装置(3)。
- 前記成形部材(1)が前記各パティ(22)へ向かって移動している間に、前記スティック挿入ユニット(34)を前記各パティ(22)内に押し込むカムを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の食品成形装置(3)。
- 前記長孔(20)は、前記空洞(5)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の食品成形装置(3)。
