Claims (5)
- 椎弓根に椎弓根スクリュー埋設用の下孔を形成する穿刺器具をガイドするための装置であって、椎弓根基部の目標点に向かって脊椎後方側から前方向に配置して基準となる直線状の基準ピンと、スリーブ中心軸が前記基準ピンに対して所定の刺入角度で配置され、先端が前記目標点に向かって開口し前記穿刺器具を貫通してガイドする筒状のスリーブと、前記基準ピンの基端側と前記スリーブとを連結し前記スリーブ中心軸を基準ピンに対して前記所定の刺入角度に維持するロッド部材とを備え、
レントゲン透視画像により当該穿刺器具ガイド装置が椎弓根に正確に設置されているか否かを確認するためのスリットが前記スリーブの側面に形成され、前記スリットは、その切込み方向が前記基準ピンに対して直交する方向に形成されていることを特徴とする穿刺器具ガイド装置。 - 前記スリットは、その切込み方向に直交する断面が矩形の切込み凹部を有する形状とされたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺器具ガイド装置。
- 前記スリットが前記スリーブの軸方向に間隔をおいて複数個形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の穿刺器具ガイド装置。
- 前記スリットが前記スリーブの軸方向に間隔をおいて3個以上設けられ、これらのスリットが前記スリーブの筒壁にその中心軸を挟んで軸方向に千鳥状に配置されている請求項3に記載の穿刺器具ガイド装置。
- 前記スリーブには、前記スリットとは別に前記スリットの切込み方向と平行に貫通する貫通孔が形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の穿刺器具ガイド装置。
