Description
Claims (11)
- 支持フレーム(3)と一体的であるとともに、患者の椎骨(100)の外科手術の誘導案内を行うために近接側開口部(2a)から遠位側開口部(2b)へと延設される二つの管状案内部材(2)と、
前記患者の椎骨(100)への前記患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)の個別の連結構成を規定するよう、前記患者の椎骨(100)の複数の対応する接触領域(103,102)に適合するよう設計される複数の接触部材(15,16)と、
を備える、背骨の手術において用いられる患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)であって、
前記複数の接触部材(15,16)が、
前記患者の椎骨(100)の椎弓板に対応する接触領域に当接するよう設計される少なくとも一ペアの第一主接触部材(15)と、
前記患者の椎骨(100)の上側関節突起または上関節面(103)に少なくとも部分的に当接するよう設計される一ペアの第二主接触部材(16)と、
を備えている患者に応じた誘導ガイドにおいて、
前記二つの管状案内部材(2)のそれぞれは、前記近接側開口部(2a)から前記遠位側開口部(2b)へと対応するそれぞれの前記管状案内部材(2)の軸方向に対して平行に延びかつ前記二つの管状案内部材(2)によって規定される容積空間に対して外側に向いている溝(8)を有する、患者に応じた誘導ガイド。 - 請求項1に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、前記支持フレーム(3)は二つのアーム(6)を備えており、該アームのそれぞれは管状案内部材(2)に接続されるとともに、前記患者の椎骨(100)の棘状突起(101)の上方に配置されるブリッジ(5)へと互いに近付き合うよう延びている患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項2に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、前記第一主接触部材(15)のそれぞれは、前記遠位側開口部(2b)の近傍の前記管状案内部材(2)から突出する接触歯を備える患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項2または3に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、それぞれのアーム(6)から、前記椎骨(100)の椎弓板(102)に当接する対応するそれぞれの第二主接触部材(16)が延設される患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、それぞれの第二主接触部材(16)は、前記二つの管状案内部材(2)の長手方向軸(2c)と実質的に平行な方向に延びる対応するそれぞれの平板(9)を備える患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項5に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、それぞれの第二主接触部材(16)は、前記患者の椎骨(100)の椎弓板(102)に対応する接触領域に当接するよう設計される一ペアのピン(11)を備える患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項6に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、前記一ペアのピン(11)は、それぞれの平板(9)から横方向に、かつ両方向に突出する患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項7に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、前記一ペアのピン(11)は、前記二つのアーム(6)とは反対側にある前記平板(9)の自由基部とともに単一の支持面を規定する患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項8に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、それぞれのピン(11)は、前記椎弓板(102)を覆うよう構成される対応するそれぞれの面(14)を有する患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項1から9の一に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、前記二つのアーム(6)は、前記二つの管状案内部材(2)の長手方向軸(2c)を含む対応するそれぞれの垂直面内にあり、前記二つのアーム(6)の間に−30°と+60°の間の角度(α)を規定する患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
- 請求項2から4の一に記載の患者に応じた誘導ガイド(1)において、それぞれのアーム(6)は、前記ブリッジ(5)の最上部に接する平面に対して0°と60°の間の角度(β)で傾斜している近接側表面(6a)を有する患者に応じた誘導ガイド。
