Claims (3)
- パッケージを形成するための機器であって、
第1の材料ウェブの供給物を受容するための第1の送込みゾーンと、
内部にキャビティを有する要素であって、前記キャビティが連続トラフの構成にあり、前記第1の送込みゾーンの下流に位置する要素と
を備え、
第1のウェブ材料の一部分が、前記キャビティ内へと一時的に変形され得、前記キャビティが、基部及び一対の側壁を含み、前記要素が、表面を有して機械方向に移動する移動ベルトを含み、前記ベルトの前記表面が、前記キャビティの基部を形成し、前記要素が更に、前記キャビティの側壁を形成する長手方向の側縁部分を含み、
前記第1の材料ウェブは蒸気バリアを含み、前記パッケージは液体製品又はペースト製品用であり、前記第1の材料ウェブは、前記蒸気バリアを破壊せずに熱形成することができないフィルムを含むことを特徴とする機器。 - 前記ベルトが更に、前記ベルトを複数の個々のキャビティに分割する交差機械方向に配向されたレールを含む、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 更に、
a)前記キャビティの上に存在する前記第1の材料ウェブの前記一部分上に製品を適用するための分注装置であって、内部にキャビティを有する前記要素の上方の分注ゾーン内に位置する分注装置と、
b)第2のウェブ材料の供給物を受容するための第2の送込みゾーンであって、前記分注装置の下流に位置し、第2のウェブ材料が、上部に前記製品を有する前記第1のウェブ材料の上に存在するように配置され得る第2の送込みゾーンと、
c)第1のウェブ材料及び第2のウェブ材料を、前記第1のウェブ材料と第2のウェブ材料との間の製品と共に密封するための密封装置であって、前記第2の送込みゾーンの下流に位置する密封装置と
を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の機器。
