Claims (7)
- 少なくとも核分裂物質としてのトリウムを含む溶融塩を燃料とする円筒状の溶融塩燃料チャネルと、前記溶融塩燃料チャネルを収納する溶融塩燃料キャスクと、前記溶融塩燃料キャスクの上部に配設され、前記溶融塩燃料チャネル内の溶融塩の酸化還元(REDOX)制御を行う電極を用いたREDOX制御装置と、前記REDOX制御装置の上部に配設され、溶融塩燃料チャネルから発生するフィッションガスを加圧・圧縮するガス加圧装置と、前記ガス加圧装置上部に配設され、圧縮されたガスを収納するガスプレナムとを具備した溶融塩燃料体。
- 前記燃料チャネル内の溶融塩として、陽イオン(カチオン)に核物質としてのトリウム及びリチウム、ベリリウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、ジルコニウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、セシウム、バリウム及びアルミニウムのうちの少なくとも1つを、陰イオン(アニオン)にフッ素、または塩素を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融塩燃料体。
- 前記燃料チャネル内であって、溶融塩燃料の循環を促進するための円筒状の流路分割筒を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融塩燃料体。
- 前記燃料チャネルの内側に溶融燃料の除熱促進用のフィンを取り付けた請求項1又は請求項3に記載の溶融塩燃料体。
- 前記溶融塩燃料体に附属するものであって、前記溶融塩燃料チャネルの上部または下部または上部下部に配設された溶融塩の流れを起こすスクリュウと該スクリュウに動力を供給するための動力発生装置とを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融塩燃料体。
- 前記燃料チャネルに付属して溶融塩の流れ中の固形物を除去するフィルターと固形物蓄積検出装置をもうけたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融塩燃料体。
- 前記燃料キャスクの周囲に放熱を促進する放熱板を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融塩燃料体。
