Claims (11)
- ‐ 少なくとも1つのコンタクトキャビティを有するハウジングと、
‐ 前記少なくとも1つのコンタクトキャビティに配置されたコンタクト部であって、少なくとも1つの電線が、前記コンタクト部との電気的接触のために差し込まれ得るコンタクト部と、
‐ 前記ハウジングに配置された、少なくとも1つのバスバーであって、前記コンタクト部と電気的に接続されており、バスバー部分で高さラインに沿って延在するバスバーと、
を有する端子デバイスにおいて、
前記バスバー部分(20)には、端部(21、22)が接続されており、前記端部は、斜め方向(S)に沿って、前記高さライン(L1‐L8)に対して斜角(β)を成して延在しており、前記高さライン(L1‐L8)に沿って、前記コンタクト部(13)に対して移動することができることを特徴とする端子デバイス。 - 前記斜角(β)が、20°から70°の間、好ましくは30°から45°の間、例えば35°から40°の間の値であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンタクトキャビティ(100、110)には、少なくとも1つの電線(3)が、前記少なくとも1つのコンタクトキャビティ(100、110)に割り当てられた高さライン(L1‐L8)に対して斜めに方向付けられている差し込み方向(E1、E2)に沿って差し込まれ得ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記端部(21、22)が、前記斜め方向(S)で、前記差し込み方向(E1、E2)に対して垂直に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記コンタクト部(13)が、2つの接続ピン(130)を有しており、前記接続ピンの間には、前記バスバー(2)の前記端部(21、22)が電気的に接触するように配置されており、前記接続ピンに対して、前記端部(21、22)は、前記高さライン(L1‐L8)に沿って移動できることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記接続ピン(130)が、前記斜め方向(S)に対して垂直に、前記コンタクト部(13)のクリップ(131)から突出しており、前記接続ピンの間には、隙間(133)が形成されており、前記隙間には、前記端部(21、22)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記バスバー(2)が、2つの端部(21、22)を有しており、前記端部は、異なる面で、前記バスバー部分(20)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記端子デバイス(1)が、複数のバスバー(2)を有しており、前記バスバーは、それぞれ高さライン(L1‐L8)に沿って延在するバスバー部分(20)を有しており、前記高さライン(L1‐L8)に対して直角な垂直方向(Z)において互いに離間していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記ハウジング(12)が、前記端子デバイス(1)の一方の第1のハウジング面(10)に、少なくとも1つの第1のコンタクトキャビティ(100)を、前記端子デバイス(1)の他方の第2のハウジング面(11)に、少なくとも1つの第2のコンタクトキャビティ(110)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記ハウジング(12)が、前記第1のハウジング面(10)に、複数の第1のコンタクトキャビティ(100)を、前記第2のハウジング面(11)に、複数の第2のコンタクトキャビティ(110)を有しており、それぞれ第1のコンタクトキャビティ(100)と第2のコンタクトキャビティ(110)とは、高さライン(L1‐L8)に割り当てられており、バスバー(2)を通じて互いに電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の端子デバイス。
- 前記バスバー(2)が、丸形導体によって構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の端子デバイス。
