Claims (12)
- 可変相関色温度をもつ白色光を供給する照明装置であって、前記照明装置が、
第1の光源光を供給する第1の光源であって、前記第1の光源光が、430〜450nmの範囲から選択された第1の光源主波長を有する青色光を含み、前記第1の光源が、第1の発光材料を前記第1の光源光で照射し、前記第1の発光材料が、前記第1の光源光の一部を第1の発光材料光に変換し、前記第1の発光材料光が、緑色光及び黄色光のうちの1つ又は複数を含み、前記第1の発光材料光が、第1の発光材料主波長を有する、第1の光源と、
第2の光源光を供給する第2の光源であって、前記第2の光源光が、450〜475nmの範囲から選択された第2の光源主波長を有する青色光を含み、前記第2の光源が、第2の発光材料を前記第2の光源光で照射し、前記第2の発光材料が、前記第2の光源光の一部を第2の発光材料光に変換し、前記第2の発光材料光が、緑色光及び黄色光のうちの1つ又は複数を含み、前記第2の発光材料光が、第2の発光材料主波長を有する、第2の光源と、
赤色光源光を供給する第3の光源と、
前記可変相関色温度をもつ前記白色光を供給するために、前記第1の光源、前記第2の光源、及び前記第3の光源を独立に制御する制御ユニットであって、前記白色光が、(a)前記第1の光源光、前記第1の発光材料光、及び前記赤色光源光、並びに(b)前記第2の光源光、前記第2の発光材料光、及び前記赤色光源光のうちの1つ又は複数を含む、制御ユニットと
を含み、
前記第2の光源主波長が前記第1の光源主波長より長く、前記第1の発光材料主波長が前記第2の発光材料主波長より長く、
前記第1の光源主波長と前記第2の光源主波長との差が15〜30nmの範囲にあり、
前記第1の発光材料主波長が550〜590nmの範囲から選択され、前記第2の発光材料主波長が520〜550nmの範囲から選択される、照明装置。 - 前記第1の発光材料及び前記第2の発光材料が、セリウムドープガーネット発光材料の群から選択される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1の発光材料及び前記第2の発光材料がA3B5O12:Ce3+を含み、Aが、Y、Gd、Tb、及びLuからなる群から選択され、Bが、Al、Ga、及びScからなる群から選択され、前記第1の発光材料及び前記第2の発光材料がY及びLuを含み、前記第1の発光材料に対して、Aに関連するYのモル百分率が前記第2の発光材料に対するものよりも大きく、前記第2の発光材料に対して、Aに関連するLuのモル百分率が前記第1の発光材料に対するものよりも大きい、請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1の発光材料及び前記第2の発光材料のうちの1つ又は複数が、量子ドット発光材料の群から選択される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第3の光源が、第3の固体光源光を供給する第3の固体光源を含み、前記第3の固体光源光が青色光を含み、前記第3の固体光源が、第3の発光材料を前記第3の固体光源光で照射し、前記第3の発光材料が、前記第3の固体光源光の一部を第3の発光材料光に変換し、前記第3の発光材料光が赤色光を含み、前記第3の発光材料がMAlSiN3:Eu(II)を含み、Mが、バリウム(Ba)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、及びカルシウム(Ca)からなる群から選択された1つ又は複数の元素を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第3の光源が、赤色の第3の固体光源光を供給する第3の固体光源を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1の光源及び前記第1の発光材料を含む第1のLEDパッケージと、前記第2の光源及び前記第2の発光材料を含む第2のLEDパッケージとを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、時間信号及び周囲光センサのうちの1つ又は複数に応じて、前記第1の光源、前記第2の光源、及び前記第3の光源を制御する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記白色光のメラノプシン効果係数(MEF)を制御する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記白色光の前記可変相関色温度に応じて前記メラノプシン効果係数(MEF)を制御する、請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、少なくとも2000Kの相関色温度範囲にわたって可変な白色光を供給し、及び前記可変相関色温度に応じてスペクトルの青色範囲に可変スペクトルパワー分布を提供するように、前記第1の光源、前記第2の光源、及び前記第3の光源を制御する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、第1の相関色温度での第1のメラノプシン効果と、第2の相関色温度での第2のメラノプシン効果とを有し、前記第2の相関色温度が前記第1の相関色温度よりも大きく、前記第1のメラノプシン効果に対する前記第2のメラノプシン効果の比が3.5以上であるように、前記第1の光源、前記第2の光源、及び前記第3の光源を制御する、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
