Description
Claims (3)
- 一定圧力を形成し、溶融された高分子樹脂が貯蔵されるチャンバー;
前記チャンバーに連結され、外部から供給された発泡剤を前記チャンバー内の圧力以上で前記チャンバーの内部に供給する発泡剤注入部;及び
前記発泡剤注入部に設置され、供給する前記発泡剤が通過し、前記高分子樹脂との接触表面積を増加させることによって前記高分子樹脂の逆流を防止する高分子逆流防止部;を含み、
前記発泡剤注入部は、
発泡剤入口を形成する入口流路と、発泡剤出口を形成する出口流路と、前記入口流路と前記出口流路とを連結し、内径が前記入口流路と前記出口流路の内径より小さく形成される中央流路と、を有する発泡剤注入管と;
前記中央流路の出口側に位置するように前記出口流路の内部に弾性的に設置され、前記発泡剤の供給圧力によって前記中央流路を開閉する弾性開閉手段と;を備え、
前記高分子逆流防止部は、前記出口流路の端部に設置され、
前記弾性開閉手段は、前記高分子逆流防止部に支持され、
前記出口流路は、前記中央流路の下端に連結され、前記中央流路の下端から下方に沿って内径が漸進的に拡張される傾斜流路を有し、
前記弾性開閉手段は、
前記傾斜流路に配置され、前記傾斜流路を開閉する開閉ボールと、前記開閉ボールと前記高分子逆流防止部とを互いに弾性的に支持する弾性部材と、を備え、
前記高分子逆流防止部は、
前記出口流路の端部に設置され、前記弾性部材の端部が支持される逆流防止板胴体と、
前記逆流防止板胴体に形成される多数の逆流防止ホールと、を備え、
前記逆流防止ホールは、
多角形状で、前記発泡剤の供給方向に沿って漸進的に狭く、内周面に多数の突起が形成され、
前記突起は、半球状または多角に形成され、前記逆流防止ホールの内周の上端から下端に沿って連続的に形成され、
前記突起のサイズは、チャンバー側に沿って漸進的に大きくなるように形成され、前記逆流防止ホールの面積は、チャンバー側に沿って漸進的に狭く形成されていることを特徴とする、高分子逆流防止部を有する高分子成形装置。 - 前記逆流防止板胴体は、
前記出口流路の端部に対して着脱可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高分子逆流防止部を有する高分子成形装置。 - 前記逆流防止板は、
前記発泡剤の供給方向に沿って、枠から中央に向かって傾斜するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高分子逆流防止部を有する高分子成形装置。
