Description
(a)前記フィルタカートリッジが、閉鎖端部および開放端部と、閉鎖端部に取り付けられたハンドルと、閉鎖端部と開放端部との間に介設された少なくとも1つのフィルタモジュールと、開放端部に取り付けられた第1の連結部材であり、該第1の連結部材を貫通する中央管腔と、外面と、外面から延びる、外径を有する少なくとも1つのラグとを有する第1の連結部材とを備え、
(b)前記支持体が第2の連結部材を備え、この第2の連結部材が、該第2の連結部材を貫通する中央管腔と、ラグを受け入れるための少なくとも1つのチャネルを有する側壁とを有し、チャネルが、対応するチャネル壁と、閉鎖端部および水平軸線を含む末端部分と、水平軸線から傾斜した傾斜部分であり、開放端部を有する傾斜部分とを有し、末端部分が、ラグの外径よりも小さい断面領域を有するラグ保持部分であり、ラグがより小さい断面領域を通過したときに抵抗を与えるラグ保持部分を含んでおり、
フィルタカートリッジが、ラグをチャネル内で、傾斜部分から、ラグ保持部分を通して、末端部分内へ旋回させるようにして第1の連結部材と第2の連結部材とを相互に連結することにより支持体に係合可能であり、ラグ保持部分は、ラグが旋回して末端部分の外に出るのを防止するようになっている、フィルタアセンブリを提供する。好ましくは、フィルタカートリッジは、外面から延びる少なくとも2つのラグを有し、第2の連結部材の側壁は少なくとも2つのチャネルを有し、各チャネルは個々のラグを受け入れるためのものである。
Claims (10)
- フィルタカートリッジと、支持体とを備えるフィルタアセンブリであって、
(a)前記フィルタカートリッジが、
閉鎖端部および開放端部と、
前記閉鎖端部に取り付けられたハンドルと、
前記閉鎖端部と前記開放端部との間に介設された少なくとも1つのフィルタモジュールと、
前記開放端部に取り付けられた第1の連結部材であり、該第1の連結部材を貫通する中央管腔と、外面と、前記外面から延びる、外径を有する少なくとも1つのラグとを有する第1の連結部材とを備え、
(b)前記支持体が第2の連結部材を備え、前記第2の連結部材が、該第2の連結部材を貫通する中央管腔と、前記ラグを受け入れるための少なくとも1つのチャネルを有する側壁とを有し、前記チャネルが、対応する平行なチャネル壁と、閉鎖端部および水平軸線を含む末端部分と、前記水平軸線から傾斜した傾斜部分であり、開放端部および当該開放端部から伸びる対応する平行なチャネル壁を有する傾斜部分とを有し、前記末端部分が、前記ラグの外径よりも小さい断面領域を有するラグ保持部分であり、前記ラグが前記断面領域を通過したときに抵抗を与える前記ラグ保持部分を含んでおり、
前記フィルタカートリッジが、前記ラグを前記チャネル内で、前記傾斜部分から前記ラグ保持部分を通して、前記末端部分内へ旋回させるようにして前記第1の連結部材と前記第2の連結部材とを相互に連結することにより前記支持体に係合可能であり、前記ラグ保持部分は、前記ラグが旋回して前記末端部分の外に出るのを防止するようになっている、フィルタアセンブリ。 - 少なくとも2つの前記ラグと、少なくとも2つの前記チャネルとを有し、前記チャネルの各々が個々の前記ラグを受け入れる、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の連結部材の前記中央管腔がテーパ付き断面領域を含む、請求項1または2に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の連結部材が、少なくとも1つの溝と該溝内における少なくとも1つの弾性リングとを含む外面を備えた円筒状端部を備え、
前記第2の連結部材の前記中央管腔が、内面を備えた垂直壁を有するテーパ無しの断面領域を含み、
前記第1の連結部材上の前記弾性リングが、前記垂直壁の前記内面に接触したとき圧縮され、前記弾性リングが、前記フィルタカートリッジを前記支持体に係合させたときに前記内面に接して封止する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。 - 前記傾斜部分は、前記水平軸線に対して140°〜160°の範囲の角度をなす、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 入口と出口とを備えるフィルタ装置ハウジングであり、前記フィルタ装置ハウジング内に配置されて前記入口と前記出口との間に流体流路を提供する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の前記支持体に係合させた前記フィルタカートリッジを含むフィルタ装置ハウジングを具備するフィルタ装置であって、
前記フィルタカートリッジが前記流体流路を横切って存在する、フィルタ装置。 - フィルタカートリッジを支持体に係合させるための方法であって、
(a)閉鎖端部および開放端部と、前記閉鎖端部に取り付けられたハンドルと、前記閉鎖端部と前記開放端部との間に介設された少なくとも1つのフィルタモジュールと、前記開放端部に取り付けられた第1の連結部材であり、該第1の連結部材を貫通する中央管腔と、外面と、前記外面から延びる、外径を有する少なくとも1つのラグとを有する第1の連結部材とを備える前記フィルタカートリッジを、(b)内部を貫通する中央管腔と、前記ラグを受け入れるための少なくとも1つのチャネルを有する側壁とを有する第2の連結部材であり、前記チャネルが、対応する平行なチャネル壁と、閉鎖端部および水平軸線を含む末端部分と、前記水平軸線から傾斜した傾斜部分であり、開放端部および当該開放端部から伸びる対応する平行なチャネル壁を有する傾斜部分とを有し、前記末端部分が、前記ラグの前記外径よりも小さい断面領域を有するラグ保持部分であり、前記ラグが前記断面領域を通過したときに抵抗を与えるラグ保持部分を含む、第2の連結部材を備える支持体に、係合させるステップと、
前記第1の連結部材と前記第2の連結部材とを相互に連結して、前記ラグを前記チャネル内で、前記傾斜部分から前記ラグ保持部分を通して、前記末端部分内へ旋回させるステップと、
を含み、
前記ラグ保持部分は、前記ラグが旋回して前記末端部分の外に出るのを防止する、方法。 - 前記フィルタカートリッジが前記支持体に適切に係合されることを示す、前記ラグが前記ラグ保持部分を通過したときの抵抗の変化が感じられるまで、前記フィルタカートリッジを前記支持体に係合させるステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体に係合させた前記フィルタカートリッジを備えるフィルタアセンブリを、入口と出口とを有するフィルタ装置ハウジング内に配置して、前記入口と前記出口との間に流体流路を提供するフィルタ装置を提供するステップを更に含み、
前記フィルタカートリッジが前記流体流路を横切って存在する、請求項7または8に記載の方法。 - 前記水平軸線に対して140°〜160°の範囲の角度に沿った前記傾斜部分に前記ラグを進ませるステップを更に含む、請求項7〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
