- 給油通路が設けられた本体と、
偏心部とを備え、
該偏心部が前記本体に嵌められて設けられ、前記偏心部の中心軸線が前記本体の中心軸線に対して偏心するように設けられ、前記偏心部に前記給油通路と連通され且つ前記偏心部の外周壁を貫通する排油孔が設けられ、
前記本体の前記中心軸線が前記本体の前記中心軸線に垂直な基準平面に投影された投影点をOとし、前記偏心部の前記中心軸線が前記基準平面に投影された投影点をAとし、前記排油孔の中心軸線と前記偏心部の前記外周壁との交点をBとし、該交点Bと前記投影点Oとを結ぶ線分BOと、前記投影点Oと前記投影点Aとを結ぶ線分OAとの間の夾角をθとし、該夾角θが、

を満たす回転式圧縮機用クランクシャフト。
ただし、eは、前記本体と前記偏心部との間の偏心距離であり、Rは前記偏心部の半径である。 - 前記交点Bと前記投影点Aとを結ぶ線分BAと、前記投影点Oと前記投影点Aとを結ぶ前記線分OAの延長線との間の夾角をβとし、該夾角βが、30°≦β≦150°を満たす請求項1に記載の回転式圧縮機用クランクシャフト。
- 前記偏心部の前記外周壁に凹部が形成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回転式圧縮機用クランクシャフト。
- 前記凹部の前記偏心部の軸方向における両端が、それぞれ前記偏心部の軸方向の両端面を貫通する請求項3に記載の回転式圧縮機用クランクシャフト。
- 前記凹部は、前記偏心部の前記外周壁の一部が内方に凹んで形成されている請求項3に記載の回転式圧縮機用クランクシャフト。
- 前記排油孔が前記凹部を貫通する請求項3に記載の回転式圧縮機用クランクシャフト。
- 前記凹部が1以上である請求項3に記載の回転式圧縮機用クランクシャフト。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の回転式圧縮機用クランクシャフトを備える回転式圧縮機。
