Description
Claims (2)
- モータにて油圧ポンプを回転させることで油圧を供給する油圧制御装置において、
油圧ポンプと負荷との間に配置した油圧センサと、
前記油圧センサからの油圧検出値と油圧指令値との差から速度指令値を出力する速度指令演算器と、
モータの速度検出値と前記速度指令値との差からトルク指令値を算出するトルク指令値演算器と、
前記トルク指令値に基づいてモータの電流を制御する電流制御部と、
前記速度指令値と、上位制御装置から指示される油圧回路の負荷の動作状況と、に基づいて油圧回路の異常の有無を検出する油圧異常検出器と、
を備え、
前記油圧ポンプには、複数の負荷が並列で接続されており、
前記油圧ポンプと各負荷との間には、前記油圧ポンプに接続される負荷を切り替える切替スイッチが設けられており、
前記油圧センサは、前記油圧ポンプと前記切替スイッチとの間に一つ設けられている、
ことを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1の油圧制御装置であって、
前記油圧異常検出器は、前記速度指令値に1次遅れ等フィルタ処理した値と、前記上位制御装置から指示される油圧回路の負荷の動作状況と、に基づいて油圧回路の異常の有無を検出する、ことを特徴とする油圧制御装置。
