アンモニア検出器と前記外部サイトとの間で情報を伝送するように構成された通信装置を有するアンモニアガス検出モジュール(936)と、
を備えた、金属触媒のその場処理のためのシステム。 - 前記外部サイトはラップトップコンピュータである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記外部サイトはインターネット上のウェブサイトである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記加圧装置はポンプ(308)を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポンプはACモータおよび可変周波数駆動装置を備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記加圧装置の少なくとも1つは圧縮機を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧縮機はACモータおよび可変周波数駆動装置(320)を備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記硫黄含有製品測定装置はマルチパラメータ流体測定装置を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体測定装置は、体積流量、質量流量、流体密度、流体圧力および流体温度を測定するように構成されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体測定装置はコリオリメータを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記通信装置は情報を無線で伝送するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記検出モジュールは、前記加圧装置の出力を制御する際に使用される情報を前記硫化モジュールに伝送するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記検出モジュールは、前記加圧装置の出力を制御する際に使用される硫化水素濃度情報を前記硫化モジュールに伝送するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記硫化モジュールおよび前記検出モジュールはインターネットウェブサイトに情報を伝送するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記硫化モジュールおよび前記検出モジュールは、前記加圧装置の出力を制御する際に使用される情報をインターネットウェブサイトに伝送するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記硫化モジュールおよび前記検出モジュールは、前記インターネットウェブサイトに硫化水素濃度情報を伝送するように構成されており、かつ前記ウェブサイトは、前記加圧装置の出力を制御する際に使用される情報を前記硫化モジュールに伝送するように構成されている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒を処理する間に生成される水の量を測定するように構成された水検出装置(934)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記水検出装置は、前記水検出装置と外部サイトとの間で情報を伝送するように構成された第3の通信装置を有する取外し可能な非接触センサを備える、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 硫化用製品(202)と、
前記硫化用製品とは異なるコークス化用製品(1004)と、
製品供給モジュールであって、
コリオリメータを含む流体測定装置と、
A/Cモータおよび可変周波数駆動装置を備えた可変的に制御可能な出力を有する少なくとも1つの流体ポンプ(914)と、
制御可能な比で前記硫化用製品およびコークス化用製品を受け取って混合するように構成された製品混合構成要素(910)と、
少なくとも前記測定装置、可変周波数駆動装置、製品混合構成要素と電気通信している制御装置(928)と、
前記モジュールへ/から情報を伝送するように構成された第1の無線通信装置(932)と、
を備え、かつ触媒を硫化した後に前記コークス化用製品の注入を許可するように構成された製品供給モジュールと、
再循環ガスをサンプリングするように構成された硫化水素濃度検出装置(400)と、
前記再循環ガスをサンプリングするように構成された水素ガス濃度検出装置(400)と、
前記触媒の温度プロファイルを監視するように構成された複数の温度プローブと、
前記硫化水素濃度検出装置、前記水素ガス濃度検出装置および前記制御装置へ/から情報を伝送するように構成された第2の通信装置と、
を備えた、金属触媒の液相その場処理のためのシステム。 - 前記システムによって伝送された情報を受け取り、かつ前記受け取った情報を表示するように構成されたインターネットウェブサイトをさらに備える、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記コークス化用製品は、直鎖状アルキルベンゼン、アントラセン、ナフタレンまたはピレンからなる群から選択される、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記触媒の温度プロファイルに基づき前記システムによって供給されるコークス化用製品の量を制御するように構成されている、請求項21に記載のシステム。
