Claims (25)
- 金属触媒をその場(in situ)で硫化するためのシステムであって、
移動式硫化モジュール(200)と、移動式検出モジュールと、および制御装置(928)を備え、
前記移動式硫化モジュール(200)が、

前記移動式検出モジュールから情報を伝送するように構成される第2の通信装置、を備え、
前記制御装置(928)が、前記移動式硫化モジュール(200)と電気的に接続され、かつ前記金属触媒に供給される前記硫黄含有流体の量を調整するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記加圧装置がバイパスされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硫黄含有流体の量が制御可能な弁によって制御される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記加圧装置が液体ポンプを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポンプが、前記制御装置に接続されるACモータおよび可変周波数駆動装置を備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記加圧装置がガス圧縮装置を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス圧縮装置が、前記制御装置に接続されるACモータおよび可変周波数駆動装置を備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体測定メータが多重パラメータの流体測定装置を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体測定装置が、体積流量、質量流量、流体密度、流体圧力および流体温度のうち少なくとも1つを測定するように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体測定装置がコリオリメータを備える、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1および第2の通信装置が、無線で情報を伝送するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記移動式検出モジュールが、前記移動式硫化モジュールの前記出口の制御に使用するために前記制御装置に情報を伝送するように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記移動式検出モジュールが、前記移動式硫化モジュールの前記出口の制御に使用するために前記制御装置に硫化水素の濃度情報を伝送するように構成される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置がインターネットウェブサイトに情報を伝送するように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が前記移動式硫化モジュールの前記出口の制御に使用するためにインターネットウェブサイトへ情報を伝送するように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記移動式検出モジュールが、前記インターネットウェブサイトに硫化水素の濃度情報を伝送するように構成され、かつ前記インターネットウェブサイトが前記移動式硫化モジュールの前記出口の制御に使用するための情報を伝送するように構成される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記金属触媒を硫化する間に生成される水の量を測定するように構成される水検出装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記水検出装置が、情報を伝送するように構成される第3の通信装置を備える、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記水検出装置が水のpHを測定するように構成される、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムがガス中の水素濃度を測定するように構成される水素検出器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記プロセス管の予め定められた位置で前記金属触媒の温度を測定するように構成される温度検出システムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 触媒の硫化システムであって、
硫黄含有流体を受け取るように構成される第1の入口と、前記硫黄含有流体を、前記触媒を備えるプロセス管へ送達するように構成される出口と、
前記第1の入口と前記出口の間に配置され、かつ前記硫黄含有流体の1種以上の特性を測定するように構成される、流体測定メータと、
前記第1の入口と前記出口との間に配置される流体加圧装置と、
前記プロセス管からガスを受け取るように構成される第2の入口と、
前記第2の入口の下流に位置し、かつ前記プロセス管からのガス中における硫化水素の濃度を実質的にリアルタイムで測定するように構成される、硫化水素濃度検出器と、および
前記流体測定メータ、前記流体加圧装置、および前記硫化水素濃度検出器のうちの1つ以上と操作可能に接続される制御装置であって、前記触媒に送達される前記硫黄含有流体の量を調整できるように構成される、制御装置、
を備える触媒の硫化システム。 - 前記システムから前記流体加圧装置を選択的に除外するバイパスループをさらに備える、請求項22に記載の触媒の硫化システム。
- 前記プロセス管からのガス中の水素濃度を実質的にリアルタイムで測定するように構成される水素検出器をさらに備える、請求項22に記載の触媒の硫化システム。
- 前記触媒の硫化システムが、硫化水素濃度の情報を、スマートフォンまたはラップトップコンピュータまたはその両方によってアクセス可能なウェブサイトに伝送するように構成される、請求項22に記載の触媒の硫化システム。
