Claims (9)
- 往復動式圧縮機のクランク伝動機構であって、該クランク伝動機構が、クランクシャフトのクランクピン(3)に配置された転がり軸受け(2)を備えており、該転がり軸受け(2)に中間リング(4)を介してコネクティングロッド(1)が取り付けられており、中間リング(4)が、コネクティングロッド(1)に対する回動を防止するための回動防止手段と協働している、往復動式圧縮機のクランク伝動機構であって、
回動防止手段が、コネクティングロッド(1)内にねじ山を介して遊びなしに固定されたピンアッセンブリ(5)を有しており、該ピンアッセンブリ(5)が、中間リング(4)内に、遊びを伴った嵌合を介して形状接続的に係合されており、
ピンアッセンブリ(5)が、2つの部材から形成されていて、滑らかな周面を備えた円筒状のピン(6)を有しており、該ピン(6)が、コネクティングロッド(1)内に螺入するための雄ねじ山(8)を備えたブシュ(7)内に圧入されていることを特徴とする、往復動式圧縮機のクランク伝動機構。 - 円筒状のピン(6)が、焼入れ焼戻しされた調質鋼から成っているのに対して、ブシュ(7)は、前記調質鋼に比べて軟質の予め調質された鋼材料から成っている、請求項1記載のクランク伝動機構。
- 雄ねじ山(8)を介してコネクティングロッド(1)内に螺入されたピンアッセンブリ(5)が、ねじ緩み止め接着剤によって固定されている、請求項1記載のクランク伝動機構。
- ブシュ(7)が、雄ねじ山(8)に軸方向で隣接した半径方向外向きの鍔(9)を有しており、該鍔(9)が、コネクティングロッド(1)内への螺入深さを制限するためのストッパを成している、請求項1記載のクランク伝動機構。
- ブシュ(7)が、該ブシュ(7)を越えてピン(6)が突出する箇所に、丸み付け部(10)を備えている、請求項1記載のクランク伝動機構。
- ピン(6)の、ブシュ(7)内に圧入されている部分が、ピン(6)の、ブシュ(7)を越えて突出している部分と少なくとも等しい長さに設定されている、請求項1記載のクランク伝動機構。
- 中間リング(4)に設けられた、ピンアッセンブリ(5)のピン(6)に対応する基礎孔が表面焼入れされており、表面層の硬さが、ピン(6)の硬さに相当している、請求項1記載のクランク伝動機構。
- 中間リング(4)が、鋼材料から成っている、請求項7記載のクランク伝動機構。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のクランク伝動機構を備えた、圧縮空気を発生させるためのオイルフリー式の圧縮機ユニット。
