Claims (22)
- タッチ圧力センシングが可能なディスプレイパネルとして、前記ディスプレイパネルは、
互いに異なる層に離隔して形成された複数の第1電極及び複数の第2電極と、
前記第1電極と同一層に形成された複数の第3電極と、
前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層と、前記第2電極が形成された層との間に備えられるか、又は、前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層の下部に備えられた基準電極と、を含み、
前記複数の第2電極は、タッチによって変化する静電容量に対する情報を有する第1信号を生成し、前記複数の第3電極は、タッチによって変化する静電容量に対する情報を有する第2信号を生成する、ディスプレイパネル。 - 前記複数の第3電極は、前記タッチによる前記基準電極との距離変化による静電容量の変化に基づいて、前記第2信号を生成する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 前記基準電極が、前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層の下部に形成された場合、前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層は、前記第2電極が形成された層と前記基準電極が形成された層との間に備えられる、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 前記基準電極は、前記ディスプレイパネルの液晶層に備えられる、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- カラーフィルタを備えるガラス層、をさらに含み、
前記複数の第2電極は、前記ガラス層を挟んで前記基準電極が形成された層と離隔して形成される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。 - 前記複数の第2電極及び前記複数の第3電極は、前記第1信号及び前記第2信号を同時に生成する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 前記第1信号は、前記タッチがなされた位置を検出するための信号であり、前記第2信号は、前記タッチの圧力を検出するための信号である、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 前記複数の第2電極は、前記第1電極が延びた方向と交差する方向に延びており、前記複数の第3電極は、前記複数の第2電極とオーバーラップしないように形成される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 前記複数の第1電極及び複数の第3電極は、ディスプレイパネルに含まれた共通電極を用いる、請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネル。
- 互いに異なる層に離隔して形成された複数の第1電極及び複数の第2電極と、
前記第1電極と同一層に形成された複数の第3電極と、
前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層と、前記第2電極が形成された層との間に備えられるか、又は、前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層の下部に備えられた基準電極と、を含むディスプレイパネルと、
前記複数の第1電極に駆動信号を印加する駆動部と、
タッチによって変化する静電容量に対する情報を有する第1信号を前記複数の第2電極から入力を受け、前記タッチによって変化する静電容量に対する情報を有する第2信号を前記複数の第3電極から入力を受ける検出部と、を含むタッチ入力装置。 - 前記検出部は、
前記タッチによる前記基準電極の距離変化による静電容量の変化に基づいて、前記複数の第3電極から前記第2信号の入力を受ける、請求項10に記載のタッチ入力装置。 - 前記基準電極が、前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層の下部に形成された場合、前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層は、前記第2電極が形成された層と前記基準電極が形成された層との間に備えられる、請求項10に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記基準電極は、前記ディスプレイパネルの液晶層に備えられる、請求項10に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記検出部は、
前記タッチがなされると、前記複数の第2電極から前記第1信号を検出すると同時に、前記第3電極から前記第2信号を検出する、請求項10に記載のタッチ入力装置。 - 前記第1信号は、前記タッチがなされた位置を検出するための信号であり、前記第2信号は、前記タッチの圧力を検出するための信号である、請求項10に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記複数の第2電極は、前記複数の第1電極が延びた方向と交差する方向に延びており、前記複数の第3電極は、前記複数の第2電極とオーバーラップしないように形成された、請求項10に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 前記複数の第1電極及び複数の第3電極は、前記ディスプレイパネルに含まれた共通電極を用いる、請求項10に記載のタッチ入力装置。
- 互いに異なる層に離隔して形成された複数の第1電極及び複数の第2電極と、
前記第1電極と同一層に形成された複数の第3電極と、
前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層と、前記第2電極が形成された層との間に備えられるか、又は、前記第1電極及び前記第3電極が形成された層の下部に備えられた基準電極と、を含むディスプレイパネルからタッチ位置信号及びタッチ圧力信号を検出する、タッチ位置及びタッチ圧力検出装置であって、
前記タッチ位置及びタッチ圧力検出装置は、
前記複数の第1電極に駆動信号を印加する駆動部と、
タッチによって変化する静電容量に対する情報を有する第1信号を前記複数の第2電極から入力を受け、前記タッチによって変わる静電容量に対する情報を有する第2信号を前記複数の第3電極から入力を受ける検出部と、を含む、タッチ位置及びタッチ圧力検出装置。 - 前記複数の第3電極は、前記タッチによる前記基準電極の距離変化による、静電容量の変化に基づいて、前記第2信号を生成する、請求項18に記載のタッチ位置及びタッチ圧力検出装置。
- 前記基準電極は、前記ディスプレイパネルの液晶層に備えられる、請求項18に記載のタッチ位置及びタッチ圧力検出装置。
- 前記検出部は、
前記タッチがなされると、前記複数の第2電極から前記第1信号を検出すると同時に、前記第3電極から前記第2信号を検出する、請求項18に記載のタッチ位置及びタッチ圧力検出装置。 - 前記複数の第2電極は、前記複数の第1電極が延びた方向と交差する方向に延びており、前記複数の第3電極は、前記複数の第2電極とオーバーラップしないように形成される、請求項18に記載のタッチ位置及びタッチ圧力検出装置。
